    I have a Japanese friend who I met through being her hairstylist. She invited us to her house for traditional Japanese dinner because we love the culture, as well as the food. After dinner, she entertained us with this Chopin song. It was like a different planet. Soooo cool. Perhaps I’ll make this for her!!

    Hello KT,
    In step #3, Bake till batter doesn't move when gently jiggled, 15-20 minutes. Remove baking tray. Continue baking till cake is nicely browned and springs back slightly when pressed gently, another 10-15 minutes.
    What does it mean? So when you put in the over, there is a tray under the cake?

    • @vuduclong1021
      @vuduclong1021 7 лет назад

      Crystal Leung that time, the tray is on top, not under to block top heat in 15-20 first time. After that, you remove it and continue baking.

    I tried your recipe and made a wonderful shortcake last week. I had followed everything you did. Thanks, it turned out great except for one issue.
