Toyota is the most reliable brand. I bought a 2008 yaris with 144,000 miles in 2016, it has 263000 miles today. This reviewer doesn’t realize that those chevys and other craps will be scrap while the Yaris is speeding past them
It's a nice car with Toyota value, but the SE model is about $2,500 more than the L model, which is also well-equipped this year. In general Yaris prices are already high for such a small car, which is why I think the Yaris L model is a better deal.
I think security and reliability are the two stronger features of the Yaris 2015HB, O would have loved to compare security rates and features. I know it does have a 5 star rate and 9 airbags, no other segment competitors offer that much (back in 2015 at least)
In Europe we have the 7 speed Multidrive S gearbox on the non-Hybrid Yaris. It's a CVT box and very good. I don't understand why in the US you have the old 4 speed box. The Hybrid has a "1-speed" e-CVT".
At this price point you really don't get much. Get a Mazda 3 and have more room, better fuel economy, more available options, better driving dynamic, and just overall more fun. But I understand there will always be something better out there. Right now it's hard to beat a Mazda 3.
Please use your turn signals guys. It's not hard to flip a lever and it makes the video much more professional and proper.

I've put 1 million km on a Yaris sedan
If you get this, go with the 5 speed manual. It is SO much fun to drive. :)
Three Drops of Sunshine I agree 100% verified owner going on 2 years
"I've driven in cars where the option packages cost more." LOL...

I don't know why people that smiles and have that ultra positive tone during reviews make brains think it's not credible.
Best looking Yaris
the american verion is really basic, in europe you can buy it with lots of options
For a super basic car like this one would expect a bit more from this price but this is a fully equipped versa
Are DRLs automatic in this Yaris? I mean like a german car when you unlock it do they come on immediately or nah?
Thanks in advance.

But the Yaris has proven to hold up better over the years, with more of them clocking thousands of miles, right?
4 speed Automatic in 2015 ? If I bought this thing for sake of reliability then go for manual only
I'll keep my Nissan Versa Note anyday.
Good for kids
its really a Mazda
only the newest ones
The 2015 toyota vios hatchback made in Thailand is way better than this yaris.
To small for a man i prefer trucks
No not really. Or maybe you're compensating for something else smaller in size.
