Love it man, I just won the Chicago marathon lottery and been looking for some hybrid content. Just got my strength back up after doing my recent half marathon. It sucks losing strength but couldn’t agree more that I think hybrid is the way to go. Keep it up looking great 💪🏼

Before doing track I try to have enough b12, protein and iron mixed with both a simple and complex carb for maximum energy and a bit more sodium than usual here and there but all the other electrolytes are just as important.
Best meal preps I’ve had before runs was spaghetti bolognese with Parmesan, a salmon , spinach and cream cheese bagel, cinnamon and honey granola yogurt and a choc chip cookie, orange juice and a pickle, beetroot mayonnaise, lettuce and beef burger and chocolate brownies but I never eat fruit, nuts, legumes before a run or race it makes me run out of fuel
