I broke my back last year, found out i now have arthritis in my two lower spinal vertebrae. Im now on the pullup bar 7 days a week, do two a days bodyweight hiit training 5 days a week starting at 3 am, my job is pushing and pulling upwards of 3k pounds for 9 hours, every day do a 24 hour fast. Finish every day with yoga so i can move the next day, otherwise im literally broken locked in place in my bed. Breaking my back may have been the best thing to ever happen to me. if i can do it, so can you!

The little bit about “so what if you’re a doctor, be a better doctor” For years my drive was to get into med school, it instilled in me a rigour and mindset that helped me excellence in business even. But somewhere along the line, I stopped studying, I stopped jogging and going to the gym. Ends today. My goal now is to become an EVEN BETTER doctor.

Just figured this out, hope it helps... The reason you "don't stop when you are tired" is because one of the symptoms of depression is the feeling of exhaustion when you aren't actually tired... since 99% of us listening to this because we are depressed and we NEED motivation, we need to not listen to our brain when it feels tired... it is burdened with having to DECIDE to move, NOT the actual ability TO MOVE... so just keep going and shut off your thoughts as much as possible UNTIL YOU ARE DONE! then check in with yourself and see how you feel.

Please help depressed but hungry but body failing me thank u 🙏🏻
@@goat8252 Hunger isn't about how hard you can push in the gym it's about how hard you can focus and stay disciplined to the right thing. You should put all your discipline into your recovery so that you can get back to working out properly. Because of a neck injury that I'd been ignoring and pushing through for too long I got weaker. I decided to stay disciplined and learn how to recover, after 3-4 months of light weights and recovery I am stronger than I have ever been.
MulliganBrothers that is great news I also ignored my neck problems now I have a pinched nerve and I had to have neck surgery fusion so I have a plate and screws on my spine and I will have to have further surgery down the road I used to workout every day 10-11 benching 250 I was in great shape now my body is acting up it’s like I lost the drive I can barely bench 125 now and I just recently lost my father everything at once brother any advice would b appreciated thank u and got bless !!! Oh ya keep making video they make a difference even in Canada 🇨🇦 so your work is getting out there brother
