Anyone else listen to this kind of stuff in the morning? No matter what I am doing or where I am going, I listen to this every AM. It really gets my mindset right for a productive day
I've been on a journey now for years. From 16, I had issues with being underweight, suffered severe depression, anexity and PTSD. I was on a path to self destruction. 8 months ago, at the age of 27, something clicked in my brain. I couldn't go on living the same way. So I got myself up, no one else around me, and I pushed through. I kept going. When I felt weak, id cry, when I felt like I couldn't keep going, id remember who I was, not who I use to be. So 8 months of workout, self drive, motivation, I started feeling it. My brain was losing momentum. And here I am. And I'm ready to keep going. I can do this. I'm now 10 stone and I'm in the best shape I've ever been. You don't need no one but you. You are strong enough. We can do this.
The enemy is me... No one else I am my biggest obstacle I am my greatest challenge I will defeat the man in the glass And on that final day After all the pain and struggle After I complete the tasks When I finally meet the man in the mirror I will meet him With a smile ...
Arnold's motivational speeches made me tear up. I have doubted myself all my life, 2 relationships down the toilet, the only thing I exceeded on was my job. Now I'm 47, I lost 30 lbs, i started struggling with 10 pushups last summer...now I can do 50 in one shot. I can run , I can bike forever..I feel stronger and I look better then I ever have. This is just the beginning...
Started listening to this about 18 months ago during workout. I was weighing 210lbs as a 40 year old. 42 now and this morning I weighed exactly 176lbs. Not stopping now though. I will be back with another update in one year.

Im going to the gym right now ( 5 days later) I've been in the gym at least 2 hours a day, 1 rest day and retaining got my body in overdrive, cold showers right after working out and just a little soreness but not enough to stop the motivation. WE ARE ALL GONNA MAKE IT BROTHERS. (4/21/22) still no intoxication, strictly eggs and chicken and protein and gym 6 days a week. Shoot for your goals not holes🙏 5/20/22 it’s hard my brothers, I fell off a lil bit and been slacking but I realized this isn’t fun, being disciplined and strict for goals is not fun in the moment. The good feeling comes at the end of the day when you can look back and be proud of yourself for not giving in, not giving up. Short term pleasure is fun but not rewarding, long term pleasure isn’t fun but is that greatest reward of all.
Arnold makes a great point about progressing and improving, when he talked about the first time he won a little trophy for lifting, then, that lead to a bigger and bigger accomplishment and look where he is today. The important thing is that you have to start somewhere, even if it is a humble beginning, but you just have to start and build up from their.

Stopped listening to music during workouts I listen to motivational videos when I wake up and workout. You truly can be anything you want in this life.
Last year at this time watching this video I was a alcoholic beer belly and the poorest health status in 23 years and mentally broken fast forwarded a year to today and I'm clear of my mental illness and the healthiest I've ever been put on 15 pounds of muscle and stopped drinking alcohol for good 🙌💪
Right when Joe Rogan said you only need 40 minutes to get a solid workout, I looked up at my timer and I was at 43 minutes. It didn't kill me, I'm still standing and moving forward. Thank you for this compilation. It'll be a routine listen during my workouts 💪🏻
"Most human beings are only living at about 40% of their potential" I was thinking about that quote and realized how incredibly generous he's being here. In reality the true number is probably somewhere between .4 and 4%. Just look at how most people spend their time, they spend hours a day on social media, Reddit, playing video games, watching bullshit on Netflix, drinking and smoking weed, watching sports, hanging out and bullshiting with friends, at the end of the week it's a miracle if they get anything done! Maybe they'll exercise every now and then, read a book or two a year, that's the average person right there. They work a day job they're not particularly fond of and they do a decent job at it, and aside from that 90% of their time is wasted on stupid bullshit did they would agree is stupid bull shit if you sat them down and talked to them about it. Warren Buffett had a great line where he said most of us go through life using up a very very small portion of our potential.
What’s so good abkut reading a book it improves ur vocabulary educates you depending on the book. Things like gaming gives benefits too such as reaction time and logical thinking under high pressure situations
I could be wrong but I believe he meant that when we get to that 40 % potential we give up, after listening to David Goggins he opened up a part of my mental I didn't know I had, for example I was running for a while and thought I couldn't do it anymore but when I decided to forget about the pain and push through I almost doubled the time I ran. Same with a lot of other exercises, for example planks, I thought I couldn't do more than 1 min, and decided to hold and hold until you are shaking all over, I held for a 3 min, and then went for a 5 min a few weeks after, with proper position. That's how people need to train to get the maximum potential they can, pain occurs way before your body can't hold anymore so forget the pain and hold and even when it hurts hold until your body can't anymore.
I've listened to a million motivational videos. Helps me through the tough times and push further in the good times. This one is perfect for what I'm struggling through now. Thank you!
You don’t lose when you fall. You lose when you surrender. It doesn’t matter how hard you fall, it matters how you get back up again. Go get out there, work hard, eat healthy, drink water, get plenty of rest, and never give up. 💪
These videos keep me fighting through all my hardship through my health conditions I have had to endure through the years I keep getting up in the morning and hope and one day i can get back to the gym one day
If it wasn't for our struggles, we wouldn't have our strength. God is always building us even when it seems we're being broken. Have a great day and God Bless!

I was going through a very depressive phase in my life... this video really helped me out. Each and every speaker made so much sense...I listen to it daily...Thanks @MulliganBorthers for compiling this video. It saved my life.
Seeing this video now, funny enough is the first video to have an impact on me, because through this video I saw that Arnold clip for the first time, and it was simple, his words were: “I can’t wait to be back in that gym, because I know that with each extra set I do, i’m one step closer to that goal I want to achieve”. And that ticked something in my brain, for the first time I saw my sets, not as something I just need to endure, but something that I can look forward to, as it brings me that little bit closer to achieving my dream body. I’ve been a lazy gym goer for over 5 years, with an average body which is deteriorating as I am ploughing through my mid twenties and my metabolism isn’t what it once was. I now no longer go to the gym wanting to have it over and done with, but looking around at what I can do more. This single handedly changed my entire mindset towards working for my goal in the gym, and indeed outside of the gym. Thank you Arnold :’)
This is awesome. I know it was posted a few years ago... but this is just what I needed to hear after battling with recovering from covid for 8 months. I am back baby. Thank you.
It was one of those weeks for me, every day no motivation, would still workout but the motivation wasn’t there, felt pointless. I think this video stirred something up on me again. Thank you
Heart attack at 29, one week away from what was going to be my first physique comp.. 205 4% body fat. Felt great looked great.. doc told me to stop working out and i wasnt allowed to work for 4 months. Gained 60 lbs. Over the past few year depression has kicked my ass. And i let it.. 7 years later, im just now finding my pace again. 430 am wake. 5am workout. 7 am work. 530 pm run 2.5 miles. Every fucking day. And atleast 2 times a week i listen to this video. Got tired of deppression, got tired of feeling fat, got tired of my son being lazy... but hes lazy because he watched me be lazy... no more. NO FUCKING MORE
Lost my mother unexpectedly a week ago.. the sadness some and goes like the tides, only with less predictability. But the gym is my therapy. Sometimes I find myself crying between sets… but despite the sadness… I still got another set to do - keep grinding fam… stay strong, you’re not alone…

I’m 16, I’m 6’3 and 140lbs. I’ve always been the skinny kid in the group. And I’ve always wanted to be strong one but I’ve never put in the amount of work I need to. For the last 18 days I’ve worked out once a day and I’ve gained about 3lbs of muscle which isn’t much but it’s a start. I’ve tried to eat healthier but I haven’t had the discipline to. That changes today. My goal is by the end of February is to be 190 on a good diet, doing at least 2 full workouts a day and cardio. Today I’m gonna make the change to better my life! My new life starts NOW
Remember it's a VISION, not a DREAM or a WISH. Make your goals your VISION, picture them clearly I your head, then go and meet that vision Goodluck brother 👊💪
In a strange place mentally at the moment... Been consistent since gyms opened again but past week and half haven’t been to the gym... I needed this motivation, bad...
For those struggling with mental health, weather it’s depression, anxiety, ocd… you can control this with consistency, we all go through tough seasons.. keep pushing, keep living, keep progressing, don’t you ever give up
Pain is the great motivator. Our minds work 24 x 7 to destroy our efforts. You'll never get rid of the negative thinking until you stop listening to it. Workout when you want to and workout when you don't. No excuses or shortcuts to achieving success. Embrace the pain!

It's 3am and I'm at the gym let's go!!! I'm with you
Listening to this rather than music…it’s more encouraging. Makes me want to push myself. Past my limits.
Right when Joe Rogan said you only need 40 minutes to get a solid workout, I looked up at my timer and I was at 43 minutes. It didn't kill me, I'm still standing and moving forward. Thank you for this compilation. It'll be a routine listen during my workouts 💪🏻
"Most human beings are only living at about 40% of their potential"
I was thinking about that quote and realized how incredibly generous he's being here.
So true. I am guilty of it too but at least I go to the gym every second day for 2 years now
I want to be a actor and gaming, books, movies, helps me a lot

You don’t lose when you fall. You lose when you surrender. It doesn’t matter how hard you fall, it matters how you get back up again. Go get out there, work hard, eat healthy, drink water, get plenty of rest, and never give up. 💪
The CT Fletcher part gives me chills every time

You got this. I’m with you. The struggle is real but worth it.
Everybody getting weaker while I get stronger, love it
Took me until I was 34 to realize what a real life is. Now I will never stop moving, and boy I'm so fucking happy now.
If it wasn't for our struggles, we wouldn't have our strength. God is always building us even when it seems we're being broken. Have a great day and God Bless!
Everyday when I listen to the audio of this video, it makes me push beyond my limitations. It keeps me focused. ❤️❤️👏👏👌👌👍
This is pure energy. Amazing what words can do. After waking up feeling shitty about starting my workout this really pushed me to give my best.
"The one thing you wanted to happen oftentimes is the best thing that never happened."
I guess wanting to be in a relationship and having someone who loves me is the best thing that never happened to me. I'm getting stronger day by day and ill carve the body I desire because I'm beginning to love myself and I'm gonna do me and ill never settle for the first girl to hit me up because I deserve better than settling for shit. I'm sick of it
Right on! Girls come second. No matter what girls come second. Focus on yourself, brother👊
That's the right mindset king
My Dad once told me "You may not be there yet, but you are closer than you where yesterday"
Thank you so much. The fly inside my room just became a dragon.
The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago the second best time is right now
Damn right Captain!
I was going through a very depressive phase in my life... this video really helped me out. Each and every speaker made so much sense...I listen to it daily...Thanks @MulliganBorthers for compiling this video. It saved my life.
Guys you’re killing me with all these commercials, I’m trying to get pumped up but I have to skip ads every 5 minutes. Don’t be greedy, do better.
whoever is watching this, I hope you are motivated, eat your excuses, start working and reach your goals. All the best
A necessary daily reminder !! Listen to these while training...the FOCUS is different 💯💯💯
This is awesome. I know it was posted a few years ago... but this is just what I needed to hear after battling with recovering from covid for 8 months. I am back baby. Thank you.
Came here expecting an hour of drum/bass/trap. Was not disappointed. Thanks, great upload.
Got tired of deppression, got tired of feeling fat, got tired of my son being lazy... but hes lazy because he watched me be lazy... no more. NO FUCKING MORE
Gym is closed, so I’m switching to pounding pavement for 2 miles every day and doing some body workouts. Can’t stop because of adversity
Damn right, nothing will stop you from getting after it and working hard

Opened my pathway and showed me yes I can 🙏🏻
At 38, I could almost live by that quote "When everyone else is getting weaker, im getting stronger". Stay hungry my friends! Stay solid!
Lost my mother unexpectedly a week ago.. the sadness some and goes like the tides, only with less predictability. But the gym is my therapy. Sometimes I find myself crying between sets… but despite the sadness… I still got another set to do - keep grinding fam… stay strong, you’re not alone…
If you need to sleep 8 hours, just sleep faster, this man... legend 💪🏽
Everyday i start running at the gym while listening to this
Dammit Arnold! I see why you are an inspiration. This is exactly what I needed to hear today😊🙏🏼
😍😍
Ally hurry get to da blenda👍
I listened to this during my workout yesterday and I was shocked during my workout. I lifted more, did more reps, felt more focused, more energized and when I left the gym I was so proud and amazed by what took place while listening to this. I kicked ass and I'm about to do it again right now.
@@pedroroca6289 Go Pedro!!!! Good for you 👍🏼🥰
Follow up, follow me, ally
Nothing like a solid youtube ad to remind you that focus is a trained muscle as well.
SKIP. THE. AD. AND. KEEP. GOING!
Make your goals your VISION, picture them clearly I your head, then go and meet that vision
Goodluck brother 👊💪
For everyone complaining about ads: skip to the end of the video and press the replay button 🤙🏻
It tricks youtube to think you've watched them all already
Really..hell yeah!
Wish i could give you a 1000 likes for this comment...lol.. Thanks
In a strange place mentally at the moment... Been consistent since gyms opened again but past week and half haven’t been to the gym... I needed this motivation, bad...
This was so inspiring, I did my weights program and added the extra mile with a pleasure
The fact someone recorded the whistle of chuck Norris is amazin!
Anyone else listening to this at the gym?
I’m not antisocial… it’s just that everybody doesn’t deserve this energy.
Okay Karen
I like this
Sometime with someone like me who has mental health issues i try to much to be 'normal' and have friends
Yuh, but energy flows both ways, you gotta refuel sometime..
That's right ! Come On Somebody !! 💯👊💯 NO PAIN , NO GAIN ....
Legend has it it’s an empty gym the way I like it and that it’s leg day today which means it’s gunna be sweaty, painful and fun
