I've already downloaded the update and everything according to instructions but it still doesn't work. I don't understand how to work the controller, what each blinking pattern means (i.e. syncing, charging, updating) or how to fix it. I got it the day 4.0 update was released and never once got to use it. This remote has been total garbage for me since I received it, it's not worth the trouble you might as well get a pro controller. If you get it to work, please explain to me because I'm about done with this trash.

Where did you find the update? Because i can't find it in the official web
just google jys nintendo switch controller and it should be there. after youre on their site, click the service tab
