aside from 3, 10 and 18, none if these sound like "secrets" though, several of these have been heavily advertised, like cloud saving, some have been featured in patch notes, like bluetooth headsets, and several are just straight up in the settings screen, which is hardly a secret. different startup sounds though? yeah, most people press the same button everytime they start the switch just by muscle memory, so they have to find someone that press a button with a different sound at a friends house to likely notice this one. Nintendo has gone down hard on not allowing internet on their consoles lately (and considering it's been a common attack vector for homebrewers and pirates, who can blame them) so that there is a workaround to access the limited web browser on the switch is a pretty big secret. And of course, the hidden game is an actual proper big secret. None of these three have been advertised in any patch notes nor can you find any info on it from Nintendo
The hidden game tribute to Mr. Satoru could really be considered an Easter egg. The best one I’ve ever seen to be honest. Not only did you have to activate it on the date of his death. But you also had to do his gesture, by the switch being able to detect motion. This was a genius and thoughtful Easter egg. Really makes you wonder how people figure these things out without some hint or help from the developers. Well now it’s maybe alittle bit easier because I’m pretty sure they’re ways to look at game files and code and find them like that. I think that’s why Easter eggs back in the day were so exciting also. Because you actually had to find them and when you did find them. By yourself, no help on the internet or nothing. Made you feel like damn Sherlock Holmes or some shit lol. R.I.P and thank you for giving us one of the greatest handheld consoles ever, F.
For anyone who has not seen it there is an amazing documentary series about Nintendo. Its called playing with power. A must watch for any fan. Shows all the success from past to present
RIP Iwata, I was so sad when he died, he was the face of nintendo. What a loss, but his ideas gave the greatest success to the company and helped them move forward.

OK I think there were only 3 secrets the golf and weird home screen sounds I didn't know about, and the internet thing is pretty niche. But the rest of these should be known by anybody who has recently played their Nintendo switch for at least 5 hours.
I don't think the creator knows the meaning of the word secret. 90% of these are all found through taking a look at the system settings screen or the promo trailer for switch
One hidden feature I found is that the switch doubles as a barbecue. Everytime you play games on it, the back gets really hot, allowing you to cook your food on it
if its hot, maybe you need to do some maintenance, maybe you ask too much on her, the switch does not overheat like the ps5 for example, that in one year in vertical stand will overheat
I think it some flaw bc i took mine for cleaning at a computer store and he took it apart and it was clean not much to clean so he got can air dusted and charged me nothing but i gave him a tip im glad theres still honest people but my switch still gets really hot so i contacted the guy and told me to take it in and he looked at it took it apart and he put a better fan for it i played a game in the store and no more heat from the switch
No. 18 was incredibly touching. I actually wish they would've left the conditions to play Golf as they were. I love the idea of having to pay respects before being able to run such a special tribute.
The funky button sounds is something my bf found out after I bought him a switch lite for his birthday. I didn't even know that and I had mine for over 2 years. 😂

@@Romilek5461 going through GTA Definitive Edition and then play New Super Mario Bros U Deluxe and then get Assassin's Creed Ezio Collection and Dying Light there's so much i want to get into..
I love my OLED Switch, I got the white model, the joycons don't seem as loose when attached. On the OLED games look really good colors are much brighter making games "pop"; the Xenoblade games look great on this system in handheld mode. I just wish they made the White joycons available to buy. I also have a Switch Lite but with some games in handheld mode the text is so small it's unreadable like DQXI (which is the only issue I have with the Switch), I keep those games the OLED for play in docked mode. When I got my OLED model, I gave my original Switch to my mother (she loves to play Super Mario Bros 1-3 and Mario World), got her Super Mario Bros U Deluxe a pro controller and a 1yr Online sub.
F It's such a great honor learning the history within video games that not many of us think about often. I'm very grateful that we have over come the technology that we've created throughout the years and even though it's been a few years, he has still been a part of our gaming lives and I am sure that he is very happy with how things have gone for each new console coming out ☺️ Thank you for the great video and tribute!!!!
I’ve found that Nintendo is really good at pioneering/mainstreaming New Gaming mechanics - from the Wii’s Motion Control, the Wii U’s (attempt) at a hybrid (which was done right in the switch) to the Touch Screen DS & Portability of the Gameboy (and Color in the Color/GBA)
Yup, and that they kept Game Cube Compatibility in the first generation of Wii, I didn't know that, when I found out I sold my 2nd edition of Wii and got the RVL 001 used and really cheap, and played The Legend of Zelda Four Swords + on it (since I don't have game cube and still want to use Wii too), of course it required some hunt for cables but luckily retro gaming is still a thing, and you can use either original GC controller but also the Game Boy Advance as controller! And so we did! (Can't recall if it worked with SP too, just have to make sure the battery lasts if you use those, since Wii unfortunately doesn't charge your GBA consoles but I give them that, it's still very nice feature). Zelda FS+ is kinda game you prefer to play at least 2 player. :)
