What do I do with the .bin file I received to update controllers? My computer keeps asking for a program to open the .bin file with and I can't find anything similar to what I saw in the video. I just want to update the controllers, so my kids can play the switch with their friends and at this point, I feel like it would have been worth paying more and buying the Nintendo brand controllers.
Where do I get this FIreware updater tool? I can't follow the steps if I don't have that as I am assuming he is downloading the bin file through there. But I can't find this or any other updater tool.
Austin Moore thanks for the info. I followed the step in the video and tried with multiple different cables, from the one that come with the official Pro controller to one that is for LG mobile... But still "Download Error". I am using windows 10, not sure if that might be the cause? Will try to get another type c cable with data transfer and try again too..

I got it the day 4.0 update was released and never once got to use it. This remote has been total garbage for me since I received it, it's not worth the trouble you might as well get a pro controller. If you get it to work, please explain to me because I'm about done with this trash.
