hi!!! as someone going into health science and exercise science i can tell you this workout is a LOT on your body and will result in extreme fatigue. rather than doing long extrenous workouts, try doing shorter sets but more reps. here’s an ab routine you can follow! - 20 v lowering - 20 froggy extensions - 20 v lowering + raise - 20 v side twists - 20 arm pulses - 20 single toe taps and you can do 2-3 sets of the above. :) hope this helped!
disclaimer: do NOT do this every day. working out every day like this can be really harmful. it can cause injuries, lack of motivation, and exhaustion. also, you need to have rest days so your muscles can heal. when you work out, you get micro tears in your muscles so by working out every day you dont allow those tears to heal and repair. make sure to stretch after and if you want to stretch beforehand, warm up first with something like running in place for a few minutes.

I find it easier if I do it everyday because by the third day it becomes easier your body is more used to the movements and stronger which is motivating to keep going as your endurance goes up and just get good sleep and lots of protein and water for your muscles to recover post workout
I'm going to try this for 2 weeks and put my results here. Curent weight: 140lbs Waist: 25inches Day 1: was able to finish the workout but i felt really sick after. Day 2: I had to skip because of a hurt shoulder, I'll try again tomorrow! Day 3: was able to do the workout and it went really well! Day 4: finished the workout and I've noticed my abs are slightly defined and very sore😅 Day 5: did the workout but forgot to update Day 6: did the workout. Forgot to update Day 7: I did the workout and my abs are more defined. I'll try to keep updating!😄 I forgot to update🙈 The workout has gotten easier and my abs are becoming more defined! I've lost around 5lbs and my waist is around 24 inches now. I plan to continue doing the workout for a few more weeks. I'll try to update more this week!

Im 13 and have been doing this workout for 3 days. Here are the things that have changed: my stomach feels more... Lighter? And i am pretty sore. However, I'm going to try to keep doing this workout until i see 100% results. Anyone who is saying that you shouldn't do workouts everyday is right, it gets pretty sore and not too motivating. I recommend taking breaks in between your workouts and the days you do your workouts so your body can heal - it's not worth getting a nicer stomach if you end up getting permanently hurt. I’ve been doing this excersise and today is going to be my fourth day of doing it. It is really hard and intense but yesterday it felt easier since I’m getting use to it now. Im also doing cardio in the morning and I’m also dieting so I hope that I see a difference in like a week

I have been doing this workout for a whole week in the morning before school lmao so now It's getting easier because I wake up at 4:30 everyday go to bed at 10 so yeah and it takes 1.5 hours so after that I have a bath make my hair wear uniform a eat breakfast and if I have any homework I didn't do the night before I'll complete it so yeah and I also do the workout before dinner so I get a appetite never missed a day only when im really sick like a fever but remember it's really important to take a rest day so sometimes I do 70 burpees instead you can follow the workout but in your own quantity
Started this workout today. Damn! Burpees killed me. After 50 burpees i just did slow burpees for the other half. I sweated like i just had a shower. Will try this for week. I am on my weight loss journey and been trying different exercise every week. Till now i have lost 5.2 kg in 1 month 10 days. I was 64 kg but now i am 59kg. My weight goal is 47-48 as iam short. To all the people who is on weight loss journey keep fighting ✊ we can do it. Just a tip: don't start you workout with this or any intense workout if you have never done workout before. For 3-4 days your body will be sore but don't give up. After some days thise soreness will go away.For the first week start with easy workout. Maybe growth with jo walking workout for 30 min or emi wong 20-30 min log walking workout to build you stamina. Then slowly increase your workout and statrt other workout which fits you. Trying different workout also helps in being consistent as same repetitive workout can be boring and our body get use to it so i feel it doesn't burn much fats. As much as workout is important, rest is equally important. 1 or 2 days of rest is fine in a week.
Make sure you aren't drastically cutting weight to the point you are feeling lightheaded or having trouble doing daily tasks. It is better to have consistent progress than to lose a ton of weight in a short period of time, feel horrible, and then gain most of it back.
actual advice: if you actually want abs, focus on a diet more than a workout, nutrition is 70% of the work. thats not to say you should ignore working out though.

I have an 8 pack at 180lbs and 6’3 by doing this workout twice a day on Mon,Wed,Fri, and once a day on Tue-Thu. Rest days on weekends. Here’s the workout 30 min walk at 3 mph pace with 12% incline 4x25 crunches 2x50 hell touches 2x50 flutter kicks 4x25 crossover crunches 2x50 bicycles 4x25 sitting twists 4x25 scissors 4x25 leg raises 6 inches til fail Plank til fail Hope this is helpful to someone. @@sofiahaque7990 I'd recommend trying to do some cardio along with this workout such as running or you can find videos on RUclips. Also you should do a bit of research first, but you could start a calorie deficit. You could eat healthy foods; if you need food ideas I can suggest some. Also remember that everyone is different and the same workouts won't work for everyone and losing weight can take a while. Do you have certain kinds of exercises you enjoy?

So i did this for a week and i'm telling you it works. I'm also on a diet but not an extreme one and i'm doing streches. I've never seen results coming out as fast as this one and it was absolutely worth it. I've a smaller waist and the outline of abs. Think i'm gonna keep doing it

To the people saying not to workout everyday at: Actually ab workouts are fine for every day use because abs in general don’t get torn down the same way as other muscles in the body. The only time it might hurt as in make the muscle harder to grow would be if you are just super sore then it’s good to take a rest day from abs. Working out daily is a great choice, the consistency of it is perfect.
No one can do intense workouts everyday. It is horrible for your body and mental health; you can get injured, lose motivation, and even pass out! Pain is not always good, every thing should be done with limits. Chill bro, do this at least 3-4 times a week with one rest day and less intense workouts in others and that would be healthy. Don’t spread misinfo
Ill try the trend of one week doing this, maybe even further Day1: ✅️ Hurt a little bit but after shower kinda refreshing, couldnt do all the leg raises but im going to try tomorrow:) Day 2: ✅️ Better then day 1, but felt a bit longer (because I did leg raises full). Ok gonna update you everyday on this: current weight: 44.1 kg day 1: just did 100 jumping jacks and already cramping, but will push through :). Burpees almost killed me 😭. The rest was pretty easy, but felt a tad bit nauseous after it. Time take: 20minutes and 52 secs. Will update for tmr ❤️ day 2: not as much cramping and the burpees got a bit easier. Time taken: 15 minutes
Guys please remember to have rest days! Not only can you get injured from not resting enough but your training is actually less effectively if you dont give your muscles time to recover! Working out 5 times a week is better than 7 times.
If you want abs, you should pick up a tutorial from an actual fitness instructor. I recommend Chris Heria, he has a couple on his channel, usually within the 10-20 minute range. I use the one that he posted in January-ish. It’s 12 minutes, but the workout begins @ 1:40. Just once a day would be fine. I also don’t do the very last exercise as I don’t want to be that neighbor. It turned out well for me.
Oh, look, it's that posture and clothing trick to make people think that the miraculous before and after really happened that fast. Don't get me wrong, this would probably work pretty well, but don't go ruining your body and not let it rest just because you think you need to look slim faster. It'll come with time, just be kind to yourself and take it one step at a time, there's no rush.
So I’m 13 and I really want to improve my weight since I’ve gained a massive amount so I tried this workout and after 50 burpees I was literally dying and my legs were wobbling and I was super sweaty. Try playing a song or texting someone while doing the workout. It definitely helps for me. Also, if you need to, you can split the workout. Like do half in the morning and half in the evening, or something like that. Also try looking at results photos for inspiration. I'm proud of you for trying this workout, because it's not easy. Good luck!
start with a small workout then try harder ones. trying this intense workout as a first is horrible (i did the same as you and almost had an asthma attack lol). i use fromlumi's wonyoung and kazuha workouts (kazuha workout near daily and wonyoung workout 2-4 times a week)
For 13. I don't think you should be doing this work out, maybe something small?? Like just running, yoga I guess (?) I'm not a professional and mostly it's better to not take advice from me.

I have been doing this workout for a whole week in the morning before school lmao so now It's getting easier because I wake up at 4:30 everyday go to bed at 10 so yeah and it takes 1.5 hours so after that I have a bath make my hair wear uniform a eat breakfast and if I have any homework I didn't do the night before I'll complete it so yeah and I also do the workout before dinner so I get a appetite never missed a day only when im really sick like a fever but remember it's really important to take a rest day so sometimes I do 70 burpees instead you can follow the workout but in your own quantity

Started this workout today. Damn! Burpees killed me. After 50 burpees i just did slow burpees for the other half. I sweated like i just had a shower. Will try this for week. I am on my weight loss journey and been trying different exercise every week. Till now i have lost 5.2 kg in 1 month 10 days. I was 64 kg but now i am 59kg. My weight goal is 47-48 as iam short. To all the people who is on weight loss journey keep fighting ✊ we can do it.
Just a tip: don't start you workout with this or any intense workout if you have never done workout before. For 3-4 days your body will be sore but don't give up. After some days thise soreness will go away.For the first week start with easy workout. Maybe growth with jo walking workout for 30 min or emi wong 20-30 min log walking workout to build you stamina. Then slowly increase your workout and statrt other workout which fits you. Trying different workout also helps in being consistent as same repetitive workout can be boring and our body get use to it so i feel it doesn't burn much fats. As much as workout is important, rest is equally important. 1 or 2 days of rest is fine in a week.
How many kgs you lost in 1 week
Make sure you aren't drastically cutting weight to the point you are feeling lightheaded or having trouble doing daily tasks. It is better to have consistent progress than to lose a ton of weight in a short period of time, feel horrible, and then gain most of it back.
actual advice: if you actually want abs, focus on a diet more than a workout, nutrition is 70% of the work. thats not to say you should ignore working out though.

If y’all want a harder workout that will get results even faster (for just abs) not butt. Then I will give you one now. I have an 8 pack at 180lbs and 6’3 by doing this workout twice a day on Mon,Wed,Fri, and once a day on Tue-Thu. Rest days on weekends. Here’s the workout
30 min walk at 3 mph pace with 12% incline
4x25 crunches
2x50 hell touches
2x50 flutter kicks
4x25 crossover crunches

@@sofiahaque7990 I'd recommend trying to do some cardio along with this workout such as running or you can find videos on RUclips. Also you should do a bit of research first, but you could start a calorie deficit. You could eat healthy foods; if you need food ideas I can suggest some. Also remember that everyone is different and the same workouts won't work for everyone and losing weight can take a while. Do you have certain kinds of exercises you enjoy?

So i did this for a week and i'm telling you it works. I'm also on a diet but not an extreme one and i'm doing streches. I've never seen results coming out as fast as this one and it was absolutely worth it. I've a smaller waist and the outline of abs. Think i'm gonna keep doing it

Actually ab workouts are fine for every day use because abs in general don’t get torn down the same way as other muscles in the body. The only time it might hurt as in make the muscle harder to grow would be if you are just super sore then it’s good to take a rest day from abs. Working out daily is a great choice, the consistency of it is perfect.
No one can do intense workouts everyday. It is horrible for your body and mental health; you can get injured, lose motivation, and even pass out! Pain is not always good, every thing should be done with limits. Chill bro, do this at least 3-4 times a week with one rest day and less intense workouts in others and that would be healthy. Don’t spread misinfo

Day 1: ✅was used to working out. No burn except a teeny one for the plank crawl (i chose super shy bc it was like so late. sweated literal buckets and ran so much with my frends today.
Day 2: idk check or not bc i did like a quiarter of the workout. i did a different one that reduces thigh and belly fat. Also my brother asked me how I git so much muscle in one day! i felt much stronger and lighter. i lost a pound or two after a day (didnt change diet) i usually eat big portions so im gonna try to shorten them! cant wait for tomrow!

I haven't done it but seeing how much stuff it was I'd say a solid 30-45 minute workout. I'll try it (minus the running because it's literally 10:22pm and let you know.)
Okay so it took me about 18-20 minutes for everything besides running (I went kind of fast because it hurt💀) I'd run for abt 15-20 minutes myself, up to you

day 1: just did 100 jumping jacks and already cramping, but will push through :). Burpees almost killed me 😭. The rest was pretty easy, but felt a tad bit nauseous after it. Time take: 20minutes and 52 secs. Will update for tmr ❤️
day 2: not as much cramping and the burpees got a bit easier. Time taken: 15 minutes

Guys please remember to have rest days! Not only can you get injured from not resting enough but your training is actually less effectively if you dont give your muscles time to recover! Working out 5 times a week is better than 7 times.

If you want abs, you should pick up a tutorial from an actual fitness instructor. I recommend Chris Heria, he has a couple on his channel, usually within the 10-20 minute range. I use the one that he posted in January-ish. It’s 12 minutes, but the workout begins @ 1:40. Just once a day would be fine. I also don’t do the very last exercise as I don’t want to be that neighbor. It turned out well for me.

Oh, look, it's that posture and clothing trick to make people think that the miraculous before and after really happened that fast.
Don't get me wrong, this would probably work pretty well, but don't go ruining your body and not let it rest just because you think you need to look slim faster. It'll come with time, just be kind to yourself and take it one step at a time, there's no rush.
So I’m 13 and I really want to improve my weight since I’ve gained a massive amount so I tried this workout and after 50 burpees I was literally dying and my legs were wobbling and I was super sweaty. I really want to have a workout however it seems that I either can’t finish it or lose the motivation to do it after a couple of days but I am super insecure about my weight and I know that if I don’t find a safe way to lose weight I might end up skipping meals again however doing a workout consistently seems impossible. Any advice?
Try playing a song or texting someone while doing the workout. It definitely helps for me. Also, if you need to, you can split the workout. Like do half in the morning and half in the evening, or something like that. Also try looking at results photos for inspiration. I'm proud of you for trying this workout, because it's not easy. Good luck!

start with a small workout then try harder ones. trying this intense workout as a first is horrible (i did the same as you and almost had an asthma attack lol). i use fromlumi's wonyoung and kazuha workouts (kazuha workout near daily and wonyoung workout 2-4 times a week)
For 13. I don't think you should be doing this work out, maybe something small?? Like just running, yoga I guess (?) I'm not a professional and mostly it's better to not take advice from me.

Day 1: yeah the burpees are rlly hard, but once u get farther into the workout it gets way better, get water. ( 90 kg )
Day 2: it went really smooth actually, all i struggled on was the last 40 burpees, they made me feel very weak ( 88 kg?! )
Day 3: i skipped it but ill replace it on day 4, i skipped it bc I needed to rest!
