Seriously appreciate how long we stayed in the poses. Extra bonus for taking the time to breathe, especially with your technique. It was relaxing AND restorative, indeed!
fellow yoga teacher here! I just wanted to caution using pigeon pose as one of the first poses in a hip opening class. pigeon is a very "warm" pose meaning it's much safer to do after your body is warmed up and your hips are already open. Starting the flow with pigeon can be extremely harmful and cause injury. Thank you for sharing your practice and keep sharing that yoga love! but please be aware that your practice is safe
Thank you Bird I needed to hear that i am exactly where i need to be in order to progress today. I over did the vinyasa videos till monday where i could barely do down dog it was too painful. Been doing restorative a few days but still sore but this helped. Thank you xxx also you look so pretty i wish i had a bod like yours
thank you. I did two stretching videos and I feel good. I have a lot of insomnia and anxiety, I actually take meds for the anxiety, but I can only take two a day. This has helped me feel much calmer and looser, I feel like I will be okay until tomorrow now!!!
I was at a gymnastic camp this last week and I was only there for 3 days but I was the most sore I have ever been before. But this video really helped me! Thank you❤❤
