    You know what I will always appreciate about these workouts is not so much Alex or Daniel (I appreciate you guys for doing this a lot) but the real people, angie, wade, christen,Tash. I mean Angie and Tash are amazing doing it on high intensity, but Wade and Christen are like me in terms of body size and to see them going at pace and survive till the end is inspriational to me whenever I watch these workouts. You inspire me to get up and workout in the mornings and I will never every stop appreciating that at all. So thanks to everyone in Body Project! I absolutely love you guys and glad I found these workouts all those years ago.

    I started posting workout videos to a small group of friends when Covid hit. A lot of us are 70+ and love your workouts. We may not squat as low (damn knees!) but we can do them. Wish there were more public ones. Merry Christmas from Canada!

    Hey guys, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. In May 2022 I weighed in at 105 Kilograms, all fat no muscle. I hadn't done sport for 9 years (I am 27 and 181 cm tall) and your 30-minute online tutorial helped me start my fitness journey. After a month of doing your workout 6 days a week, I felt phenomenal. I lost 5 Kilograms and my fatigue level became outstanding. I could really feel how my heart started to become normal again. Afterward, I started Bouldering and had the time of my life. I've never been in love with anything else that much before in my life. Without you guys, I wouldn't have found my passion for sports. I even started lifting weights soon after in August and as of today, I have managed to bench 100 Kilograms for the first time, while weighing 89 Kilograms. I can even run half marathons now, without pain in my joints. I have reconnected with so many old friends because of you guys and met so many more amazing people. And for the first time in forever, I am content with the way I look. You probably saved me from a not-so-far-away heart attack and changed my entire life. So again, from the bottom of my heart. Thank you

      Same. My passion for fitness started with body project. I used to be skinny fat then gained too much weight after my pregnancy. Started to feel abnormaly weak. I wanted to do something about it. Thank god I randomly found TBP the first day I searched for a workout on RUclips. I felt amazingly good afterward. A total body cardio and résistance workout for beginner. It was 100% fun and 0 frustration. I emediatly downloaded the app and signed in. After a year I felt confident in my fitness level. I reached a healthy muscle mass and fat percentage level! wanted to try other things. Went on fitness classes, running, Pilates, you name it. It was fun for a short time but ended up with disconfort in my back, feet, thighs and very little results oddly. So back to the OG. The Body Project! The only workout programs where I saw results whitout ever getting injured.

    These workouts are perfect for me. I'm not inexperienced but I'm not a hard core athlete either. These I can do and feel like I got a great workout without having my body in pain for days after. Thank you for being a positive in a very chaotic world right now. Starts my day off right.

    My son n I absolutely love ur channel! I found ur channel awhile ago n I mean awhile ago.. I love the fact that you invite everybody all shapes and sizes to do your exercise program. I love how it is beginner friendly most importantly I love how you don’t push products on people and you don’t have to convince them to buying a exercise program. I have been exercising to you guys for quite some time and I absolutely love it most importantly my body loves it. I always look forward to every new video that you post. I was doing P90X a while back and I was also doing insanity work out. But my health kind of took a turn and couldn’t do those programs anymore. So that’s when I was digging around and I found your channel. thank you for making us viewers feel comfortable in our own skin 💙💙

    Hi there. I went from barely doing 15 mins of your workouts to doing two of your workouts in one day! I do 45-50 mins each day now. thank you. with all going on in Iran these days, I need something to keep my mind away from everything for some minutes. 😘😘

    Thank you for this full-body workout with weights included. I decided to do a short cardio and then an upper-body dumbbell session. This workout took care of both of my needs. So happy to have chosen this.

    Love this! For years I have done high intensity workouts. 61 now, herniated discs dictate I should be doing low impact exercises. This is perfect.Still feel like I'm getting a good workout!! Thank you!

    I used TBP for a long time and got in great shape. Ran a mile for the first time in my life at 39 and then the next day ran a 5k for charity. Stopped working out for about a year then decided to get back into it today and chose this workout and I am absolutely beat and exhausted in the best possible way.

    Just discovered this channel yesterday. I will be adding some of these low impact exercises. It's been some time and I am getting back into doing cardio on some kind of regular schedule. I'm a fan of walking cardio. I'm in South Florida and it's HOT OUTSIDE!

    I've done 40 days straight and love these workouts. They are low impact so feel I can do each day and now its become routine. Feel much stronger and happier. Just need to sort out my diet which I'm struggling to follow, but so much happier

    I'm over 50yr woman who fell 6 weeks ago and fractured my elbow. I needed something to get me back into exercise and have some weights in to strengthen my arm /elbow. I really enjoyed this exercise and felt it gave me a good workout to start again after so many weeks not being able to with weights . Thanks

    Alex and Daniel Thank you! I am able to workout again after a month off with a concussion due to a MVA. Your workouts are enough to keep me on track and the modified beginners are easy enough to ensure I'm not over bouncing my brain.     I have arthritis and find it hard to do lots of leg bends but with this I know I can go as low as I need and still get a good workout, keep this type of walking exercise coming xxx

    I liked how this was a full body workout all in 30 minutes! I even used my 8-10 lb dumbbells on some of the exercises. Wonderful way to start my morning! Thanks (:

    Caught this at a good time. I was looking for an evening workout and this popped up. Not your ordinary run of the mill walking workout for sure.I broke out in a quite a bit of sweat and had to modify some moves since I had already done some strength workouts earlier. Now it's time to do an extended stretch and cool down. Great workout and great to see Daniel step in for a sec. I miss seeing him do the workouts with you. 😥

    I love this workout video, I am so appreciate that you make this one because it’s not too intensity, I can sweat slowly as well as moving my body after work. We all need this short but not intensity workout sometimes. Wish you create more of such workout pattern especially for woman during period can also do. ❤️🙏

    been with Team BP since the pandemic. what i love about their workout vids is that they cater to a wide variety of clients - from the beginners, intermediate to advance and to those who are just returning to workout. guaranteed you will keep coming back for more. =)

    This is one of the best channel for working out, I personally prefer that you guys don’t upload super frequently like other workout channel because then I can focus on one workout at a time without thinking I need to quickly move on to the next video. Thanks for making me sweat tonight!
