I’ve come back to your channel because it’s the only one that makes me feel like I’m doing a good job and where I can find the fun in it rather than taking it so serious. You’re both excellent motivators and trainers
It's why I keep coming back here too. They feel like real people, but they also make me feel good and I don't feel pressured to do things perfectly. You'd probably also like Mike Peele if you're into hip hop at all. I love Yoga with Adriene too. They all have the same vibe of "as long as you keep moving, you're good". I usually follow this channel up with yoga for extra tension relief. :)
Echoing others ... I usually avoid Alex's workouts (not because I don't like her but because of the level of difficulty and speed between transitions). This workout was so refreshing. I've literally been coming back to this same workout for the past two weeks and sweat bullets every time. I feel so powerful and strong and have noticed a difference in my body all around already. Thank you, Alex!!! Please do more of these.

I just want to you guys know how inspirational the beginner workout was for me. It wasn’t about the workout, mostly putting the videos on my screen and listening to the words encourage me to push myself further. Overall I gain strength in my body, my brain, and my soul. I feel like anything is achievable! After joining everyday for the past 6 months the tone of my body is great. Now I would like to ask for some good eating tips for breakfast and lunch.
I was 86 kg when i first started following your videos, now I am 78 kg and I love to take my time to have a workout, something I could not think possible for me. Thanks a Lot for your work

I’ve recently retired and found these wonderful at home workouts and living in a very rainy part of the world this helps me when I can’t get outside to hike or go walking!
This has absolutely become my favorite body project video in the entire series. I incorporate it into two workouts a week. Without any jumping or crazy movements it gets my heart racing and the sweat pouring!

I just found this channel. I’ve got to get in shape and lose some fat with low carb eating and exercise. I have arthritis in my lower back and knees so I can only do low impact. I did some body building in college but that was 40 years ago. I’ll turn 60 in November. I have thyroid issues, trying to avoid full blown diabetes, and need to get my LDL cholesterol down. I also battle with depression and would love to get off my med if possible. These videos look to be something I can handle and hopefully want to do at least 5x/week. I love seeing people in workout videos who aren’t super trim and muscular! I feel videos like this are more motivating for people. Also, I don’t like going to a gym as I’ve already spent way more money than I care to admit on memberships that barely got used. Working out at home has been my go to exercise off and on through the years. My only dilemma is when to do it as I still work full time as an educator. Can hardly wait to start!

My son woke me up from 4am . I'm shattered and have a sore ankle from twisting it. So wasn't looking forward to working out today . This was perfect for me !! Nice and calm but still worked up a sweat and it worked bits I clearly don't normally with my normal work outs . Thank you feel alot better about my day now 😁 saving this for future use x
i avoid alex but this was REALLY GOOD like REALLY GOOD me and my sister did this together and normally it feels like a long time and dragged out but time flew by with this workout! PS: future me, her stomach and back ended up hurting halfway through and she had to take a break. slightly tiny should pain for me but all good 😊

Love this video - been doing the routine for over two years. Now it's monetized and interrupts the routine about three times with two commercials each instance. I understand the need to generate income, but it affects the workout when you have to stop and wait for the commercials and to skip when your heart rate is high. 😞

Just did this workout and I really loved it! I added a cloth resistance band around my legs, for a lot of things…just a light one! Really good workout…loved it!!

Hi Team BP! Loving these workouts one year postpartum! It would be so cool to see some pregnancy friendly workouts [for the future ;)] or maybe title some that are! I know certain ab work ones don’t work for later trimesters.
This is an addition to my favorite workouts, kinda calm but it's really a lot of calories to burn. I like it cause my body is not that tired and aching after. I do this at least 2-4x a week specially when im off work.
Happy to see a new one & it was interesting to do something a little different. Appreciate mixing it up with the music a bit, but I find I don't quite know what to do with myself without my daily dose of Real Low Low 😂

I had to pause a few times but my goal is to work on doing this routine with no breaks and leaving out the modifications. I can do it! 💪
