I’m an orange personality type so naturally take initiative, anticipate, forecast then offer solutions. For me it’s easier more natural. Be competent and know what you’re recommending. Don’t wait for things to come to you, get ahead and be part of planning effort from beginning.
The thing I deal with in my industry is that we do have traditions of failure, because it’s become more profitable to just grift and rob the customer. Every time I try to do better I get in trouble. Better to just let things fail and descend into crisis, because then we can charge more.

I divorce court every single event where you sacrificed your career, happiness, health, wealth for your wife and kids will be used against you because they will take your positive words and actions as admitting to the things you really did not want. Like the million dollar mortgage debt or the $95 new volvo hybrid etc etc
