Honor publicly results in influence privately. Respect is earned honor is given. Make sure timing is right when pitching ideas. Honor their time by being organized and efficient with time. If you want influence care for people.

Great podcast. Thanks Craig. I especially liked the concept that honor relates to the position and respect relates to the person.

This short podcast is short, well-organized, targeted, and practical. I highly recommend it!

Thank you for this so much. I didn't know I was leading up in my job, but now I know better. I am going to do my best!

Can you give a sample of your schedule... it seems I am too tired to get things accomplished. For example, do you work on your sermon on Tuesdays only... or how much time to block off for your sermon preparation? I would like to have my lesson prepared by Tuesday... I am working on it up to the wee hours of Saturday when presenting a lesson on Sunday. I am not a pastor, I do teach adult Sunday School periodically. Thank you Pastor Craig.

Hello! Thank you so much for your comment. Pastor Craig typically spends his Tuesdays on sermon preparation and tries to be done by Wednesday. If you're looking for more information sermon preparation/scheduling, Open Network has a training that you can find here: open.life.church/training/360-hillsong-training-sermon-preparation. Hope this helps! :) - CG Team
