You need to remember also that there's no such thing as working out just one muscle group! Most abs exercises actually target the full abs, just that some might put more strain on a certain part. Crunches tend to be heavier on the upper part and leg raises on the bottom for example, both still working on all the abdominal muscles! In my opinion, I found that her older 10 minute 6 pack workout targets more of the lower and the newer one the upper!
Drunk Cucumber try to do the beginner one but without any rest. just keep doing the movement through the 10 sec break and change immediately to the next exercise. also try to engage your core even more, crunch higher, squeeze harder, lower your legs even more during the ab hold. also do the advanced russian twist movement all the time, even if the workout contains easy + hard. you could also add a little weight if you feel like even that is too easy. Switching it up like this might be a good challenge, especially if you also add the medium ab workout. This is how I did it and after a while I switched to the harder workouts. But of course, what worked for me may not necessarily work for you.
I love your workouts so much for being short and intense because then I just have to push myself for not that long and don't have an excuse not to do ur workout because it's just 10 mins. Who else agrees?
Agreed! And because they're so short, it's easier to get the motivation to do them and to mix up different areas of working out! Like I try to do 2-3 of her vids a day (depending how long it is) with different areas. Like rn I did a upperbody + abs and I just completed this so now im going to go on a nice run.

I really liked in your older videos when you were standing in front of a mirror with an angle. With this, it was much easier to see better how the exersice is done correctly. I like these other setups as well, but just that you can maybe bring it back at some videos. Love to you all 💕

Started doing this work-out since last December. It really felt challenging at first and I struggled a lot only to complete it. Now six months later, I can do this easily with a resistance band. It's really like magic that how our bodies surprise us and exceed our expectations.

The main reason why i push to workout today is that i feel insecure and im glad i push it despite my body saying no to the pain. After finishing the workout, i feel good, strong and confident. :) I realize that instead of killing my already low self esteem by comparing myself to other people, why don't i workout on the things that i feel lacking on. So to anyone reading this that just like me, remember that those girl u feel insecure about are just like u before. They work hard to become who they are now. So instead of hating her, make her ur motivation to keep going. You can do that and maybe much better. :)

Im gonna try to do this for a week! I might get unmotivated but imma try! Day 1:Definitely a burn of the back of my thighs! I’m pretty sweaty but it’s a really nice burn!! Day 2:Omgggg my thighs have never been so soreeeee!! I’m also doing her an vids so my upper abs also hurt but it means it’s working!! Day 3:Active rest day! Day 4:I forgot:(. Day 5:I did it with my bf and he said it burned so bad!! It’s getting a bit easier

The main reason why i push to workout today is that i feel insecure and im glad i push it despite my body saying no to the pain. After finishing the workout, i feel good, strong and confident. :) I realize that instead of killing my already low self esteem by comparing myself to other people, why don't i workout on the things that i feel lacking on. So to anyone reading this that just like me, remember that those girl u feel insecure about are just like u before. They work hard to become who they are now. So instead of hating her, make her ur motivation to keep going. You can do that and maybe much better. :)
