I worked in a call center doing billing support (but really it was sales at every opportunity). After 3 months working in a loud environment, where the bosses would come out every day and shout and have a big celebration for the top sales guy, and I couldn't hear my damn customers, I quit. I was very good at my job but if you don't treat your customers/prospects with the respect of being able to hear them, I don't want to work there.

regardless if you like the video or not, you watched it which added to the views. You guys are missing the point of these videos the reason people are hyped up and confident is because they believe in the product. The people hating are the ones that are content with living a mediocre life and are not will to make the calls to break through all the noise. And ya some of these guys like mike are acting like a tool, but are you doing anything with your life that you feel that amped up about? For real Grant Cardone has helped people all around the world achieve their own success that it would be unethical not to push for a sale. The program does cost money but your ROI will be 2x,3x, the amount you paid. The point is, the ones leaving objectionable comments and negative post, never leave a resource that they them self's personally use, or state their case with facts, are they even in a financial position, or in a decision making position to make an objectionable comment, if not then they really have no room to talk.

The only people who would like this video are Steve Spray's friends and Cardone employees. This video shows Steve leaving 2 phone messages. Big deal. Where's the great advice? Where's Grant's 10X wisdom? Lame video.

Stella S. This video was in real time, that's the game. You're not gonna get to everybody. In fact, you're not gonna get to most people. However, the advice was verbally given at the end of the video starting at 4:09

Stella S. This video is part of a series which presents all the different aspects of cold calling. There are different angles that are more "how to" oriented whereas this is more theoretical. See, people respond to different ways of being taught which is why they did that.

Okay so basically autodial systems havent made it to Grant Cardones business? The thing he said in the end about "not putting the phone down" was a thing in the 90´ies. Will Smith even mentions it in the movie Pursuit of happiness.

High pressure tactics (constant calling and harassing) as shown by GC are not effective. You need to be empathetic, take time with your calls and encourage them through the pipeline with a friendly, personable persona.

If they were bringing that much money, you think they would be able to outfit the office a little better, looks a fly by night operation if I have ever seen one. It is also interesting that in this office you start out wearing a suit and you get to dress sloppier the higher up you go.
