Yea, of course not everyone is going to allow you to talk to them like that but this guy did and that is what he obviously found out very quickly when he started talking to him. A good salesman finds out very quickly who they are selling to and how to sell that particular person and that is exactly what he did here. So no not decent, extraordinary because he DID exactly what you say "not everyone will allow him to do" you obviously aren't very knowledgeable in sales if you don't understand that.

It's an Alpha/Beta relationship. He could have been talking gobbiltygook the whole time and it wouldn't of changed anything. If you want someone to buy from you, you need to become the Alpha of the conversation. Loud voice, pounding fists, insults. They're all designed to show superiority turning the purchaser submissive. It's the essence of life itself. There is always a dom/sub relationship in all aspects of life. Two bears meet in the woods and each roars at each other until one backs down taking on the sub role. If you want to sell you need to never be the one who backs down. Keep roaring. Sure, it could be argued as psychologically damaging, but you could also argue that this type of behavior occurs every moment every day. It's a necessary part of life. A necessary part of survival. Really unethical to tell a guy to borrow money to get on your program. Your sales guys didn't pre-qualify him. He even said his house in short sale. Move on. Tell him to come back when he has money to spend. Terrible. Unethical.
What if this program makes him make more than twice the amount of sales he would have or even 25percent more sales than he would if without it how is that unethical its called an investment for a reason he is investing in his career and potentially putting more food on his wife and kids table his program obviously works otherwise he still wouldn't be in business its not like he just sold the guy a watch or something when he is struggling he is going to help this man make more money
Universities charge you much more and produce incomes less then what you paid for. Not to say that college is all bad but closing skills in a year for 4k should be worth more then the investment almost immediately. College has done such a good job at selling itself in the package of the American dream it doesn't need a salesman.
The two are a right pair. Ones peddling dreams he knows he can deliver but only to capable individuals - the other is a loser down on his life looking for something he won’t find….not because he’s not in need…..but because he doesn’t know what he’s looking for. Even if it’s staring him in the face. Some people can’t be helped.
Ryan Kettering Hey care to share a couple good things? Notice that whenever he asks for a close, he then waits quietly for the prospect's answer and then counters it! Most Salespeople seem to talk too much at the wrong times
BigBadMarketer When you present an offer, and then just wait, people can't stand the silence. Sometimes it takes a while, but whoever speaks first loses.
Sell or be sold. Either you sell the other person on what you want them to do or they will sell you on what they want to do. Either way, someone will sell and the other will be sold. #coachMP

MrStrongmuscle, You Should care about customer. He didn't sell what customer didn't need. He sold what customer needed, but was hesitant about acquiring it.
MrStrongmuscle agreed. They can't tell what a man think he needs. What they can do is to make an idea around the product, give the man that kind of knowledge about it, that will give him understanding that he needs it. When customer realizes, that it's a great opportunity for him, he buys.
Pavel Antropov He was not really giving him any information on the product, he was judging the mans character, and also using psychology to get him to buy it. In business, there is no such thing as a product anymore. It's only the sales pitch you are buying most of the time.
Mike Smith It all depends on whether he actually reads/watches the material. Lots of fat people with several expensive exercise programs and equipment they bought from TV
Torn on the pressure tactics here, but this line is spot on: "Rich people get richer because they use money to get more money." You have to invest in yourself if you want to move up in the world.
To all the negative people that posted negative comments: YOU DON’T KNOW SALES! It is a noble profession. This planet would be a much better place if everybody believed and sold their products and services like this.
“We sell this for 40 to 60 grand all day to companies... but I’ll give it to you for 4 grand.” What? That’s when I’d hang up. You can’t have a LEGITIMATE product that you can sell at whatever price point you choose. Grant is preying on suckers & then just basically giving away the SAME product for a few hundred bucks to people who aren’t stupid enough to fall for this garbage. 🤷🏻♂️

ddstar that's sales for ya
It’s an investment .. he will be able to turn around and make that 4000 back and another 96k for the year when he gets better at sales
This guy was trying to pull all the excuses and sob stories he could and Grant was just not having it. That conviction of Grant was to strong.
The guy in the background reading the script though
Grant, I took a full page of notes in that 10 min video. I am signed up for your webinar on the 28th as well.
It's been two years since you've posted this comment, was it worth it?

, was the Grant Cardone webinar worth it 4 years ago?
Enjoyed this. A lot 😂
Sell or be sold. Either you sell the other person on what you want them to do or they will sell you on what they want to do. Either way, someone will sell and the other will be sold. #coachMP
Motivational Philosopher boiler room Ben Affleck
my thoughts exactly!!!! So glad someone else picked up on this....
That was amazing Grant! Time for me to start reading one of your books!
That was awesome!!🤣🤣I’m watching it again!🤣🤣👍🏻👍🏻
Great stuff !
i love grant cardone he keep it gangsta up in here.....coffee is for closers!! hey cardone, if you were in new york city i would work for you cuz i love selling the shit out of things and closing like everyone owed me a million bucks...thats my shit
James juggernaut dude. move to miami and work with him. totally worth it.
Curious to see how he did...
The point of this video is to show you, you shouldn't care about the customer, only the closing.
MrStrongmuscle, You Should care about customer. He didn't sell what customer didn't need. He sold what customer needed, but was hesitant about acquiring it.
Pavel Antropov Sorry, business world has changed. What that man needs is his own hard work and research. No man can tell what you need.
Cussing and Blessing in the same breath. Way to play the God card!! I would like to see if this guy prospers from this $4000!
Mike Smith It all depends on whether he actually reads/watches the material. Lots of fat people with several expensive exercise programs and equipment they bought from TV
He's already prospering. So quit ya bitching
Mike Smith Grant's not on Time's best seller's list for nothing, it's because he's one of the 'best' teachers via books, live, ect..
Mike Smith I not talking about Grant.
+Mike Smith It doesn't say anywhere in the bible anything about cursing. Human superstition.
BEAST
This is my life , VISA OR MASTERCARD. LOVE IT DUDE
Torn on the pressure tactics here, but this line is spot on: "Rich people get richer because they use money to get more money." You have to invest in yourself if you want to move up in the world.
thank you grant cardone🔥
To all the negative people that posted negative comments: YOU DON’T KNOW SALES! It is a noble profession. This planet would be a much better place if everybody believed and sold their products and services like this.
Power of persuasion.
Grant the great.
Did u listen to what he said? He said thats what they sell it to companies for. This is an individual account, he said they usually sell those for 8k
Skye Watson ... don’t be dumb
@@skyewatson6204 lmao didn't u read his comment? You're the type of person he's referring too that gets scammed by this.
