Grant is actually a top tier salesman because he gets to the point and knows the psychology around persuasion. That second part is key to getting past objections and allowing the client to realize the seriousness of the issue.
Reading some of these comments I see a few are missing the message. Grant isn't promoting bankruptcy. He simply having realistic conversation that others are scared to have and he is using that term to motivate his sales people in order to motivate their customers. Everything he said was all facts! If u are going to fail then go out swinging and even if u fail then u will still need education/knowledge/skills to bounce back. That's his point.
