Summit sells the Power Plus Top Lube that's supposed to be good for E85 fuel systems too.
As long as everything is apart, are the injectors clean? I think you mentioned having them cleaned but it wouldn't hurt in case you haven't.

You have a particular throttle body brand you like using. I have a bbk but gas pedal is pretty stiffy up top. Cleaned and all I see a lot have issues with thems thinking going accufab

Yeah those head gaskets were way past their life span, the bottom end looks pretty damn clean.

At least its just head gaskets and the bottom end is good, still its some work and down time but a way better outcome than bottom end.
