Always great to see Dad's car out getting some needed air and getting the legs all stretched out. Can't wait to see what it does on the upgrade changes.
My build : 90 GT Megasquirt 2 self built kit (that was a lot of soldering) Tuning myself using tuner studio On3 70mm journal bearing basic kit. 80lb/hr deka injectors 306 with Hypereutectic Pistons GT40 heads Holley Systemax II intake F303 cam T-56 Magnum 3.73:1 gears I actually built this kind of mimicking your black car. I knew I wanted a turbo and had a small budget and I found videos you put up of the black car making like 530 to the tires way back in the day. I had a T-56 forever ago, I like 2001, and knew I wanted another. That T-56 was the one out of a viper, had the viper on the side of it. So far the car has been a blast to drive. Working on getting the contour fan setup to keep it cool.
This is a very interesting video. This is exactly what I am doing with my crap coupe build. It stock with gt40p heads, b cam, professional products upper lower intake, and I just bought a on3 kit used with a 76/76 BMF turbo.
I’ve been following the build of this car. It doesn’t get more bare bones than this. It’s like going to Walmart and buying the great value brand. It’s bad ass
nice fox.. love budget builds, I’m running similar set up….explorer intake, gt40 heads,tfs1 cam, 3 inch exhaust, vortech s-trim 2.75 pulley.. made 517rw 530tq on a factory bottom end..
Awesome video this is pretty much what I’m building except mass air, 3 bar heads, explorer intake, b31 cam, and a on 3 kit. I can’t remember what that Felpro head gasket is for turbo set up that you have recommended in your videos. What is that part number again?
Do you have any in depth 'how tos' on building up an ecu. Turning wrenches I can do but I would really like to learn more about how to build tunes, what software to use, etc. Or if you could point me in the right direction to someone or another video that can help me. Main reason I wanna carb my fox is because tuning an efi system seems like a bit of work that I'm not familiar with.
Holley for sure. Terminator X kit from vendors like Anderson Ford Motorsport buys you some bit of tech help here and there if needed. It’s not that hard. Requires a laptop tho to learn really
Neo badass vid. I have a question, i have a new in box on3 70mm kit, this guy wants to trade for a used vortech v1 s trim. What would your opinion be if i should trade or keep my on3. My mustang is driven on weekends mostly and track runs every now and then.

Yes! Time to get dad's car moving, then have dad head to the track to see just how much better it runs 👍
Ya there will be random videos with dads car , the mufflers video on blk car 387 build, and between building coupe and racing white car. Busy busy
Ya buddy.. Even that car gets down pretty good. I like these drive videos. Makes me want to drive my car. Nothin beats a fox. 😊
Hell ya. Motivation to get off the jackstands !
Really enjoy, the budget builds! Exciting, to see how much you can get, out of mostly stock parts.
Thanks!

Nice build! Ya if you can find it, get a junkyard coutour fan
Car like that is hella fun on the street, and feels even faster than newer cars with all their computer controlled BS. Sweet ride!
Doing the same build now.
87 short block f cam gt 40 heads and intake with a on 3 kit with a 67 turbo .

First “mod” I did on my ‘87 was new seatbelts from LMR almost 10 years ago. Still work great
Dad’s car have a factory rear end still? What rpm are you launching at at the track
Thanks for the video Dano!!
You bet!
Questions. 1) What gears are you running. 2) What liter fuel pump are you using. 3) Do you have thicker gauge wire going to the pump. Thanks.
3.73. Aero 340. Yes I did the wiring upgrade like the video I did on channel here many years ago
Rollin old school
Like we always do!...

Hoping for those numbers on my N/A 331 build, gotta get a holley terminater to run it, stock computer aint cutting it
Yep. I did pick up with terminator
Awesome set up
Fresh tank of 93 and a bottle of HEET works great for these ol foxes coming out of hibernation.
Gotta get Pops fixed up, this is a sweet little budget build for him to get cruising
Ya man. He don’t like it way it is now. So we do some content with it
Hi , forgive me I watch your channel from time to time , please enlighten me😊 I'm not knowing what you mean by flip pistons ??

What size fuel pump are you using with the fmu
love the car man, wanna get my fox up and running ??? got the on3 twin kit just laying around waiting lmao name the price haha
I’m not sure what you’re asking ? Do I have a twin kit?
I love the color, what is it, what brand?
It was just a cheap Omni. Sonic blue.
