This video really saddens my heart This video really saddens my heart. My eyes are full of tears. My second Son lost his life only 2 years ago in this exact same scenario. The only difference was, he loved his bike that much that he refused to lay it down. He only applied the brakes twice after hitting the grass. First time you could clearly see he knew brakes weren’t going to help him at all. He passed a car before the corner doing well over the speed limit. The car was doing the limit which was 100kmh. The kind woman that pulled over and held his hand until the ambulance arrived spoke to him even tho he wasn’t responding. After knowing the bike wouldn’t slowdown on the grass he tried to keep the bike upright before a little dip. Once he hit that little dip he must of noticed the tree he was heading towards. He then must off hit the front and rear brakes about 8 meters away throwing him off of the bike as he hit the tree then the bike hit him and bounced off about 30 meters to the right. The day before I fixed his blinker that wasn’t working. He came over the next day to celebrate Ramadan with us. He was so happy his bike was fixed he asked if he could take his bike out for a ride as it had been sitting there for more than 3 weeks. To keep him happy we said it was fine. He told us he would be back in a hour. 5 hours later my other Son started getting worried because he wasn’t answering his phone. We called the hospital and there was no report. My son then went on the local FB page and saw a post about a fatal motor bike accident on the same road he was heading out for a ride on. He came running out saying their had been an accident on the road were our second son was heading. We rushed straight to the police station. The police confirmed the accident and asked for our Sons name and d.o.b. The officer went around the back to call who ever it was he called. As he walked out of those doors to ask us to come in one of the rooms. All I could say was no, no, no I’m not going in there and I felt his hand on my shoulder ass he pulled me into his side walking me to the room with my wife and Son. I looked at him one more time and said please don’t. I walked out of the police station in tears with my knees on the road and head in the gutter and the tears still haven’t stopped Braxton, my Son. Always be on alert and please for your families sake just don’t pulled back on that throttle to far. To Braxton please come into my dreams more often, it’s the only way I can see you.
Look, I'm so sorry for your family's loss. I wrecked my bike and my first reaction was to have someone call my family so they wouldn't have to wonder or see me and my bike in the middle of the road so I get it. But from a child point of view, there's nothing that'd change me from ever getting onto another bike. I love it that much. We take chances and as young adults we sometimes have to learn the hard way but you're not too blame. Don't you do that to yourself man. He knew the risks, we all do but we take the chance anyways. I know you all miss him terribly because I've lost 3 friends from the same way. One in front of me at my parents house. It's a terrible thing to hear and witness but we outweigh the choices of it not happening to us attitudes. Please know he went out doing what HE loved. He wouldn't want you guys in this state. Maybe try and spread awareness onto the subject and try to get more people to wear proper gear and take the class so you can prevent others having to go through what you and your family's going through. Don't let his passing be in vein. Celebrate his life and the time you had with him. I promise you that one day you'll all be together again. Just not yet. Very soon, he sounds like a great kid and I'm so sorry but I just had to tell you these things. I don't mean to sound heartless or anything, it's complete opposite. I just don't think he'd want that for you guys. He's not in pain and is in a much, much, better place where nothing can hurt him or take his smile away.. Just imagine that. No tears, no room for anything negative. Please try and smile and if you need to talk or want to tell at me I'm here. I'm nobody and I shouldn't be here but I am. I just want you to know that you're not alone. Hell, if you want to speak to my friends father, maybe he can help and tell you something I can't. It breaks my heart seeing these is all. I just wanna help. If that means telling or cussing out of you simply wanna talk, I'm here day or night. 810-588-1603 I know it's not smart but IDC, if someone's going to call and mess with me for reaching out to a grieving parent, I'll handle that. I just want you to know that I'm here. Please take care and if you don't want to talk I understand. Please take care. Sending big hugs from Flint, MI. Take care, sir.
I lost my 15 year old daughter and it has been 6 years and nothing has changed. I miss her the same as you miss your son after 2 years. The grief and shock does not get easier nor do I wish it would. he was going 178mph on the bend so thats a hell of a safe landing super impressive he only suffered minor bruising and slight sprained ankle he was fully functional after just 2 weeks super impressive as for the bike cosmetic damage of just under 2k which is crazy cheap considering how fast he was travelling
Yep, noticed that too and I was lookin for a comment on it. I wonder if the windshield punched through the visor.. after that he really seems to go ko… ouch!
He didn't knock himself out, that bang was the sound of the rear wheel bouncing up and hitting the back end, if you look closely you can see he never actually hit the windscreen. You can clearly see he's still awake and in control, and allowed his bike to go down on purpose on the soft ground so he wouldn't risk a harder crash and a possible injury.
If you have ever tried breaking polycarbonate its kinda makes that same sound. In all my years, I've never heard that sound in any X games or any motocross event I've been to. They do a lot of landing in those events... @fisherthegoat
I see how he did that lean to the left to get the bike to go towards softer landing. He knew he was going down ,it was just of matter of where. Dirt or concrete. good job considering 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾💯💯💯 ✌🏾
all back brakes isn’t a great idea, most of your braking power comes from the front, and too much back will make you lose traction. it’s all about a balance
@@nalder1093 True, but the balance is heavily skewed here, while in the dirt. Anything but the slightest squeeze on the front would have ended his ride much more abruptly.
@@sgtyut6305with those tyres he did the right thing,I hate it when some people make comments like the guy,he thinks informed commenters are not as 'smart' as him
@@nalder1093 if you think you can front brake at all on that surface you are crazy. Its like using the front brakes on loose gravel. Maybe you can slightly use them, but you will lose balance before losing any significant amount of speed.
How can you have target fixation at that level? He would have been fine if he committed to the turn and leaned in more. He realised he was going too quick, focused on where he was headed instead of where he wants to go and then stood the bike back up. That’s text book target fixation. Good riders low side during an under steer crash because they lean the bike to its limits in vein to try and make the turn. He shouldn’t be in that race if target fixation is still an issue for him.
@@monza1002000 The TT races are indeed races, and a phenomenal set of races they are. They do start at 10 second intervals but quicker riders frequently catch and overtake the ones in front of them.
If he found some courage of leaving brakes when on the pedestrian path he could have returned on the road. But when you keep breaking you keep going where you were going
Makes sense, but if he was braking that hard on the footpath, I think he would have lost the front when it touched the grass. Do you think it was more target fixation?
He wasn’t in “wheelie mode” lol, going that fast and hitting a downhill slope from a flat or incline will naturally raise the front wheel up slightly. The problem was that he was to far over in the lane when the wheel touched back down not giving him enough room to safely take the turn.
@@RMC_Elite ok his front wheel was up too high too long. Split hairs all you want you have to anticipate the terrain. If you focus at the start he was pulling a wheelie with too much throttle. Guessin you know-it-all though. Bet I can ride my GSXR650 better than you too btw. Later.😂

Rear tire was fine
Hi lost the front end in the soft stuff - nothing to do with the rear, the bump or the still inflated tyre.
Dude, he's flip flopping off road terrified by the time the "bang" came. Rear suspension dying was the bang. Nice riding tbh.
LMAO that bang was his helmet hitting the weather shield! If it was his rear tyre bursting the rear of went up and out and he would almost immediately fall down.
Best case scenario. 😮😮😮
Why was I expecting him to say after ae ae

I love and miss you sooo much. I hold myself responsible for what happened to you. Where ever you are right now I just wish I could wake up and it was all just a bad dream. Every night I close my eyes with a lump in my throat, every morning Inc. I wake up within I didn’t. My life has become so bare with out you that I don’t see the point of doing anything anymore. Your brother missus you so much. I look at him walk past me 2 years after you left us and he still hasn’t been able to smile from his heart. He walks out of his room with his head down and when I ask him what’s wrong he just lifts his head up slightly and say nothing I’m ok. I tell him I love him and he replies by saying I love you more. Our lives have changed so much that we refuse to eat some of the things you loved to eat. Since you left us all our lives have changed. We now have no but the 3 of use. We miss you so much that we can’t even say your name with out all of us breaking down and going our own ways. Mum will walk to her room, your brother will walk out the doors to work himself till he literally black out on the lounge you guy use to play on and I just walk into the studio watching videos of you and your brother just being boys. 22 years old and you have left us.
To everyone that rides young or old. Please ride with care. I wouldn’t wish any family to go through what we are going through. It is so messed up that sometimes I forget and will roll over to my wife to say I’m taking the boys out today and remember and my day begins again with tears. I still have my bike that we would go for rides on weekends with but I can’t ride it. My Son took a sledge hammer to his bike screaming in tears. He was the one that bought the bike for him so we could ride together. So please to anyone that rides, think about those you leave behind and if your anything like me and still don’t have a family just remember that one day you will. Ride but please ride with care. Always be on alert and please for your families sake just don’t pulled back on that throttle to far.
To Braxton please come into my dreams more often, it’s the only way I can see you.
So sorry for that, may his soul rest in peace 🕊️
Take care, sir.
god bless you and your family. Don't be too hard on yourself
I lost my 15 year old daughter and it has been 6 years and nothing has changed. I miss her the same as you miss your son after 2 years. The grief and shock does not get easier nor do I wish it would. Just saying don't let people say oh it's been 2 year, 6 years or what amount of years as if that is to make us appear crazy . Kids are not supposed to die before the parents
Sorry my friend ❤ take care of you
Почувствовал потерю равновесия и пришлось вырулить на аварийный съезд который чудом оказался в нужном месте и времени, зато жив!!! Красавчик, да будет ему еще куча побед😊

His front tire blew out. He knew he was out of the race.
Yeah, right…
Are you on his team or how do you know that because uh... it didnt pop.
No. Just bad riding.
@@ciararespect4296
Because you could do so much better, muppet 😂
No shit he's out of the race
he was going 178mph on the bend so thats a hell of a safe landing super impressive he only suffered minor bruising and slight sprained ankle he was fully functional after just 2 weeks super impressive as for the bike cosmetic damage of just under 2k which is crazy cheap considering how fast he was travelling
178 on the bend, no chance
Avoiding that post was the only concern I had
The cow 🐄 “MAWWWW” 😂😂😂
Just wondering why he’s didn’t use the brakes
Never seen such a useful bike lane.
Its called bike lane for a reason
It's a pavement
That's a sidewalk.
He sure tried, but as soon as his ass let go of the seat it was done. LOL 😮
That bang is the sound of him knocking himself out on the windscreen right before the topple.
Right!? I was wondering if i was the only one who seen his body go limp.
@@fisherthegoatplease… 🤓
I see how he did that lean to the left to get the bike to go towards softer landing. He knew he was going down ,it was just of matter of where. Dirt or concrete. good job considering 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾💯💯💯 ✌🏾
красавчик! с 300 ста км/ч так мягко приземлиться!
Cant believe how long he held onto that
He handled this like a CHAMP! All back brakes, didn’t panick grab the front brakes…. Tried to slow down and I bet he walked away no issues
all back brakes isn’t a great idea, most of your braking power comes from the front, and too much back will make you lose traction. it’s all about a balance
Bro did everything except follow the road path...

Get this man a bicycle!
Front tyre blew out he's just trying to reduce speed pro effort
@@mashvids1018 Front tyre looks fine to me. He hits the front brake hard which makes the front end dip but I don’t see a blown/flat front tyre
Agreed but it's not a race, it's a speed trial on public roads. Similar to the TT
@@monza1002000 The TT races are indeed races, and a phenomenal set of races they are.
They do start at 10 second intervals but quicker riders frequently catch and overtake the ones in front of them.
I didn't see any cheese rolling down in front of him, hold on !!! Is that a different sport ,??
😂😂😂
I thought he had it!
Why didnt he just use that sidewalk? It was tarmac too.
Too much force pushing him towards the grass. He didnt want to risk falling of the Bike that early
Because he hasnt practiced cornering on that sidewalk doing 85 mph enough times. Lol
All he had to do was back off the throttle brakes on hard on the sidewalk and back on the track then on the gas.
@@mittiejackson3427it’s not a video game

Dude switched his bike from Sports to adventure motorcycle 😅
He ALMOST had it! I'm actually impressed he was able to ride that as long as he did. Lol.
Something caught his attention, that's why he lost focus
Looks like the rear stepped out to me.
If he found some courage of leaving brakes when on the pedestrian path he could have returned on the road. But when you keep breaking you keep going where you were going
Makes sense, but if he was braking that hard on the footpath, I think he would have lost the front when it touched the grass. Do you think it was more target fixation?
@@001rupes3 pretty sure of course
Have you ever ridden a motorcycle?
He blew his front tire. Doubt he was gonna turn too much
Also, breaking does not make you continue in one direction... come on, man, don't preach incorrect information.
Maybe pull out of wheelie mode before the turn..?? Did well to lay in grass though. 👍 😊
Later.😂
He was trying so hard to stop that bike. Great riding to put it strait when he first touched the grass, saved himself from a world of hurt.
He suddenly decided that enduro was more his thing
Damn, he almost saved it too! That's a great rider.
