I'm here watching your vid vs going outside where it is currently 104 in Vegas. Track is running on Friday and my version of Trojan is sitting on jack-stands. When one has the first world problems of multiple project cars and limited drag strip dates, what to work on is a problem. Thanks for putting the vid up.
I can sympathize 🤣…the heat and my indecision on what to do has me stalled out searching for answers 😵💫..at the moment all my interest is in SILVERCAR which I’m sure will wane and I’ll start working on other stuff but for right now I’m stuck 🤣🤣🤣
@@5.0tussin I had my 2024 cars to the drag strip plan....and that went poof. We only have 9 dates for the year. One was rained out and I've BAP'd out of two others. My interests normally lead to buying another project car vs finishing anything currently owned. Reasons there are 13 projects at the house along with two dailies.
Beans fires up easy like that. I can get in him and take off now if I floor it will break up but i don't do that anyway, I just get in and ease off cause the cold starts never gets old😊

Hey Rodney I was wondering when your next video was coming out. Talking about boost. My 88 turbo Fox body head to Holley sniper on it I could not get it right so I sold it and turned around a week later and bought a supercharged 90 Fox body. Just a little 302 with GT40 heads and a f cam. The main reason why I bought it was because it has the Terminator x on it and I have friends that can tune that system. The car has been tubbed it has 28-10.5 slicks on it and I'm going this weekend hopefully tomorrow in fact and getting some ET drag radials kind of hard to drive on the streets with slicks. The supercharger is a powerdyne which every forum I have looked at everybody complains and says they are junk what would be your opinion on one it only makes probably 9 lb of boost they say you can't go over that because it'll tear it up so what's up bro and thanks

Have you looked into how the angle of that carb hat affects fuel distribution? It seems like I remember either reading an article or seeing a video that was saying installing it either straight fore/aft or at 90° had an effect on it. Might be something to look into, anyway.

I’ve read and seen different vids/theories..at the end of the day straight is a non starter, 90* can be done no problem for my stuff..again a ton of conflicting info and most guys are trying to make a ton of boost/power or don’t race, just have it on for giggles and burnies 🤷🏻♂️….we’ll cross that bridge when we get there I guess🤙🏻
