I remember bermuda suits being in ca.2005-2006. I actually think I still may have mine that I bought back then hidden somewhere under the bed. 🤓 This year I’m thinking of FINALLY getting a basket bag, and would love a nice faux leather shirt dress.

i love your approach to fashion and trend! it is fun watching these kinds of videos, but agree that you best focus on trends that really fit your style and will work with your current wardrobe. love the statement suit trend that has been going on for a bit now, I think, but as I love suits, that should be wearable well into the future. now just to find the perfect cut... 🙄

Raffia is one of my favorite trends. I like the casual, natural quality and it brings to my mind good times - beaches, nice weather, relaxing. Edit: I appreciate the thoughtfulness of your videos and I’m really enjoying your content. I hope you keep it up.

Personally for me, the 3 trends that I love that you touched on were statement suits, statement leather, and polka dots. In my workplace, business casual is the bare minimum but fashion forward is encouraged- so the statement suit is an absolute must in my wardrobe. I'm still on the hunt for my "perfect" leather piece, since the motorcycle biker jacket sadly doesn't work well with my frame. Maybe I should combine the two trends and search for a leather suit? 🤔😂
That would look amazing! The only downside to a leather suit is, depending on your local climate, it might too warm in high summer.
I love suits on other women but the just don’t work for me. I purchased a raffia bag last year, so I’m set there. There is a pair of raffia sandals currently on sale on Net-a-Porter that I think I’ll get. I think raffia can always work for spring/summer. For the most part I don’t consciously purchase trend items unless they fit with my style and are already classic but I still love watching videos like these.

Bermudas gehen bei mir gar nicht, ich trage lieber Röcke. Pastellfarben sagen mir absolut nicht zu. Beim Thema Leder: ich möchte einen Lederrock in Schwarz, möglichst klassisch aber mit Gürtel und der Reißverschluss sollte an einer Seite (nicht hinten in der Mitte!) sein. Ich LIEBE Bast. Besitze 2 Taschen aus Bast (klein und groß) und auch ein paar Supergas mit Plateau-Bastsohle. Dazu kommt noch ein Paar Espadrilles. Denke, dass ich in dem Bereich auch nichts mehr benötige. Pünktchenkleider sind süß, ich sehe darin wie Minnie Maus aus - geht gar nicht. :D

I think it’s great for the transitional periods like spring or fall though. Of course not every trend can be applied to every location , same goes for winter fashion 😉
