I love that her food and way of cooking and even eating is so unpretentious, a bit chaotic, yet calming, so unintimidating, it's more like a child playing chef but with food that actually looks good and feel confident I can make. And making a mess is a requirement. Love❤

I watched a lot of films and music videos. Nothing calmed my nerves. Nothing helped, nothing, but Nigella. Her Christmas videos are especially calming. Sometimes when I feel stressed, I play her videos just to hear her voice, which is soothing to the ear.
Have you ever tried her food and that of other chefs for this comment?. Sometimes statements like this are disingenuous when based on a sort of celebrity love.

No one used scissors for cutting food on tv before nigella. Remember being a kid watching her cut food with scissors for the first time. It was such a revelation for me😂

I agree linguine is the long pasta to go to, shellfish in a lemon herbed butter sauce hits the spot. I wash as I go and still wind up with a sink full LOL🍝🐣
