Hell yea brother, volt switch might be strong but you don't need it for damage when you have thunderbolt. Just being able to switch is enough and it absolutely smacks Hoopa

I was a big advocate for Volt switch until I saw how freely and easily Hoopa comes in vs a Zapdos Running No U-turn
