Yes! Thank you for testing your theory and sharing it. I have been having trouble with my bakes, especially cakes and have been contemplating reducing heat but I was going to go to 300 f. Especially since I'm at high elevation but now that you have tested it out I will start at 250 f. This is a great excuse to make cupcakes!
I tried this and it's turned good masyaAllah. Thank you for the recipe. I only used all purpose flour. 120 C for 40mnts. Just the same output. So beautiful perfect 🥰 and the cupcakes not too sweet which is I like

This is an amazing recipe and I'm sure I will try it out but I don't have access to cake flour cause I live in Africa, is there any substitute
Yes, add 1tbs of cornflour to 250g of all purpose flour, and thank me later!
