I am sooooo grateful for this recipe! I had tried a different one with disastrous results but decided to give this one a try before giving up and it came out AMAZING! Fluffly and savory without being duper sweet, just the right balance. I didn't do the mascarpone, only regular buttercream, but still! They tasted pretty awesome! I'm going to try mascarpone another day and in two weeks, the banana cupcakes. Thank you so much from Peru!!! Edit: Tried with mascarpone, came out awesome as well!!!

Hi, i've try this recipe for my mom's boyfie birthday and it turns out so gooodddd. Just substitute the whipping cream with buttercream and bake at 160° for 20minute and its enough for me. The cake is moist, fragrant, zuper delicious ❤️ thx a lot

Oh, my old recipe is moist as well. But the method of making this cupcake batter is different. This recipe is more fluffy than my old recipe.

I tried your recipe and its good but just one problem inspite of using vanilla essence the smell of the egg didnt go.
So can we beat the egg seperately till it foams up then add into the butter n mix it?

오븐형 에프로 160도 22분 정도 했는데요 .. 진짜 너무 맛있어요 ㅠㅠ 설탕도 20그람 적게 넣었는데 그래도 제 입맛엔 달고 좋네요 ㅎ 애들 간식으로 주게 다음엔 설탕 좀 더 줄여보려구요 ^^!
