120 g unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
220 g sugar
2 eggs (size l)
170 g milk
1+1/2 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract

150 g icing sugar

70 g whipping cream

how to bake
- Bake at 160 degrees Celsius, do not turn on the fan, about 35-40 minutes.
** bake until skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean, it is cooked **

น้ำส้มสายชู 1+1/2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
กลิ่นวานิลลา 1 ช้อนชา

สูตรบัตเตอร์ครีม
เนยสดจืด 190 กรัม
น้ำตาลไอซิ่ง 150 กรัม
เกลือ 1/4 ช้อนชา
วิปปิ้งครีม 70 กรัม

ในคลิปใช้พิมพ์ขนาด 8 นิ้ว 2 พิมพ์ หรือใครจะใช้พิมพ์เดียวก็ได้ค่ะ แต่จะอบนานกว่าแบ่งใส่ 2 พิมพ์
วิธีอบ
-อบไฟบนล่าง 160 องศา ไม่เปิดพัดลม ประมาณ 35-40 นาที
วิธีเช็คสุก
-ใช้ไม้จิ้มตรงกลาง หากไม่มีเศษขนมติดมา คือสุก

This cake is so easy to make and very moist! Love it. I reduced sugar in cake to 190g and 90g icing sugar for cream since my family dont like overly sweet cake. The addition of cream in the buttercream made it so velvety. Love it! Will make it again

La harina para pastel la puedes hacer,si no la consigues, sólo necesita una taza de harina y dos cucharadas de Maizena ,le quitas dos cucharadas de harina y le pones las dos cucharadas de Maizena,la tamizas y ya tiene harina para pastel, espero que le sirva.@@sidrashahzadi86

Wow pero que bonita torta!! Me encanto lo hermoso y aterciopelado que sale el bizcocho lo intentaré tengo todos los ingredientes en casa 😘😘😘☺️☺️☺️☺️lo acabo de hacer y uses súper bien el bizcocho aquí el secreto es que debemos de batir con mucho cuidado mantequilla azúcar y los huevó efectivamente es agregar poco a poco y si podemos hacer hasta en 5 partes mucho mejor es que la verdad así lo hice yo y me esponjó muy bien esa parte y cuando echas tu masa al molde queda súper aireada ojo también es tamizar la harina dos ve es como lo hace ella eso también ayuda mucho ojo si no les gusta muy dulce es mejor quitar más de la cuenta de azúcar yo para era receta le puse una taza pero aún así me quedo dulce así que sería 3/4 de azúcar yo usé azúcar morena me imagino que con la azúcar blanca sería la taza completa y un poco más pero eso va en gustos el c usted que está súper está tarda

@@valeyo1638No le puse el vinagre. No dice en dónde se debe poner. Pero lo puedes poner al final de haber hecho la mezcla. Es para que no huela a huevo creo.
El vinagre se le agrega a la leche, para que aporte sabor, esponjosidad y humedad, se llama buttermilk
