    I made jam using frozen raspberry and raspberry whipped cream from it.
    After the frozen raspberry was completely melted, ground and the seeds were filtered.
    Mix sugar and starch a little and boil it for 12 minutes.
    I considered to make it with jam bought at the store, but there are seeds and chunks
    It would be a little difficult to make fresh cream.
    It should be done according to the method I mentioned,
    so it has a moderate viscosity and is perfect for making raspberry whipped cream.
    When making jam, add a little starch to make it thick. Your cream will not be thin, sag, or separate.
    Of course, there is no effect on the taste of jam or whipped cream, so don't worry.
    If you feel it is too heavy when whipping, you can add a little milk to adjust the concentration.
    To bake sponge cake well,
    preheat oven 170℃ and bake at 160℃ for 30minutes for a conventional oven,
    preheat oven 150℃, and bake at 150℃ for 40minutes for a convection oven.
    I made chocolate flower decorations again.
    Cherry blossoms are everywhere these days. But we should be at home.

    ♥ ︎ Raspberry jam
    200g frozen raspberries (thawed before use)
    50g water
    55g sugar
    3g Corn starch
    ♥ ︎ Genoise (15 x 7cm round pan)
    115g egg white
    95g sugar
    30g egg yolk
    95g cake flour
    30g milk
    25g vegetable oil
    For a conventional oven, preheat oven 170℃ and bake at 160℃ for 30minutes.
    for a convection oven, preheat oven 150℃, and bake at 150℃ for 40minutes.
    ♥ ︎Syrup
    60g water
    15g sugar
    6g Kirsch
    ♥ ︎ Raspberry whipped cream
    55g raspberry jam
    300g heavy cream
    10g sugar
    12g milk (slightly added or decreased depending on viscosity)
    Little pink food coloring
    #805 Round tip
    ♥ ︎ Raspberry jam for the layer.
    ♥ ︎ Cherry Blossom Chocolate
    White chocolate coverture, pink food coloring, beverage bottle cap, Aluminum foil

    I made this cake for my daughter's 5th birthday and it was one of the most delicious cakes I've ever made. I did everything exactly as the recipe said with the exception that I used blackberries instead of raspberries and since cake flour isn't available in the UK I mixed plain flour and corn flour. Amazing cake! Thank you, I'm learning a lot from your lovely channel

      @@psammiad no, its flour with a lower protein content than all-purpose/plain flour so baked goods made with it are more tender and soft.

    I tried this cake and it is one of the best cakes I have ever done. I also tried it with strawberries instead of raspberries. I 100% recommend it. Whenever I want to impress someone I do this cake.

      @@이지오-o8l yeah! Took frozen strawberries and turned them into jam, following the instructions. The colour was a bit different; a bit darker. However it was still beautiful and really delicious

    What really impressed me is how you removed the cake from the rotating platform without disturbing the bottom frosting. I guess that's one secret you're not gonna share ;) Like your Genoise-style cake recipe. Very simple and straight forward. Overall thank you for providing instructions with such great detail.     Thank you for the recipe 💕
    I made this cake yesterday for my birthday 🎂 and it came out excellent!
    I doubled the ingredients for a 21cm pan, but forgot to do the same for the raspberry coulis 😬
    There was just enough for the frosting and juuuust enough for the inside to (more would have been better)
    But nonetheless, it was a hit!
    Oh and I added mascarpone to the chantilly to make it more thicker and creamier.
    Also I tried making those chocolate flowers... I failed badly, but I think it was because I used white choco with dried raspberry bits inside, it was hard to spread. So I ended making lots of tiny petals and made a big flower decoration. Which wasn't half bad. Glad I did, because white chocolate and raspberry is one of the best combo.
    Now I wanna try other recipe you got there 🤤

      Hi, could you tell me what Kind of flour did you use? Because I think all pancake fluor has sugar added.

      @@gabrielaarreguin3345 I used all purpose flour (type 55 if you are in UE)
      And yes, pancake mix already has powdered sugar and baking powder, and you don't need any of that with that kind of cake.

    This looks so delicious, I’m going to try it but without removing the cake’s crust, which I absolutely love 🤤 I didn’t realize people don’t like it but the crust is what I enjoy the most in a cake

    실용적 베이킹만 하는지라 거의 예술작품에 가까운 조꽁드님 케이크들은 그냥 감상용이지만 비디오가 진짜 힐링이예요. 케이크 데코할 때 아이싱을 참조하느라 구글링을 좀 하는데 어딜 가도 조꽁드님만한 작품이 없네요.ㅎㅎ 시간과 정성이 넘 필요한지라 시도는 못하지만 정말 대단하세요~. 늘 엄지 척입니다!

    난생 처음 핑크색 케잌을 만들어서 화이트 초콜릿 꽃도 만들어 봤어요. 하기 전 넘 무서웠는데 꽃이 만들어지더라구요 세상에.. 물론 조꽁드님처럼 완벽한 꽃잎은 아니었지만요. 그래도 핑크에 하얀 꽃잎 넘 러블리해서 여기저기 자랑질 했네요. ㅎㅎ 감사합니다 ~~
