I don't know how to exactly mesure it's a bit weird.. on my package of gelatine it's written that it's 5gr each sheet 🤦🏻♀️😂 while I see videos on youtube writing "1 sheet = 1.5gr so add 3 sheets" 😳 Should I maybe mesure them for each time with the scale when they are soacked ? I have Dr. Oetcker gelatine sheets* I never used gelatine so if you may help me it will be really kind ! Thank you 🥺🌸

Hi Jondone, how can we store the cake after glazing? Should we put them back and froze it or chill it? My cake running water out from cake when putting it in cool regular rack in the fridge. Thank you for all your advice!

Yes. Actually I didn't notice that I cut out the bottom part of the lemon. If you see it in the squeezer shopping mall, you can see the how to use. That item is supposed to be used like that. Really 😄

너무 맛있을 것 같아서 따라 만들어봤는데 글라사주까지 큰 어려움 없이 예쁘게 만들 수 있었어요 ㅎㅎ 글라사주 옆면이 조금 덜 매끄럽지만 첫 도전 치고는 잘 나온 것 같아요! 근데 실온 상태에서 체리퓨레 부분이 녹으면 모양 유지가 안되고 흘러내리는데 젤라틴 양의 실수일까요.. 😭제누와즈부터 조꽁드님 레시피 잘 활용하고 있는데 항상 좋은 레시피 감사드려요❤️

You can make mousse without gelatin. It is a little more time consuming but it is well worth it.

큰 마트 베이커리 가면 블랙포레스트 케익 10~15유로 정도면 사먹을 수 있어서 가끔 사먹는데 젤라틴 없는 케익이었거든요! 그래도 넘 맛있어서 좋아했는데 원래 레시피는 젤라틴이 많이 들어가는 거였구나~~ 카페 가면 비슷한게 있나 봐야겠어요, 넘 궁금해요!!

Hi, you can use gelatin powder as same amount of the leaf gelatin.But I dont know how much you need agar agar. 😆
