hi I love your videos. I have tried making a few of your cakes and they were so yummy. I just wanted to ask what's the difference between soaking gelatin in cold water and soaking it in warm water?
J'aime beaucoup tes vidéos, elles sont très relaxantes et tes gâteaux sont toujours magnifique. Par contre, je trouve que tu mets un peu trop de gélatine dans tes gâteaux en général, si la crème est bien réfrigérée, elle n'en a pas besoin d'autant. Avec moins, ils seront aussi bon que beau. Voilà, c'était le seul petit point négatif, bonne continuation !
