I can’t see peaches without thinking about my Mom having sliced peaches in the fridge getting ready to bake a cobbler, (she used pie crust to make her cobblers, not biscuit dough) anyway I saw the peaches and decided I’d add more sugar, a couple of hours later my dad got home from work, saw the peaches and decided to add more sugar. As we were eating cobbler later that evening, my Mom mentioned that those were the sweetest peaches she had ever tasted, my dad said they ought to be, I added sugar to them this afternoon, I said you did… so did I! We all just laughed and enjoyed the best peach cobbler we had ever had! Your cake is so exquisite as always!

I baked it, it was really challenging it took me 2 days to bake two years ago, its was delicious and everybody loved it, tried to replicate it last summer but couldn't find the ingredients and almost gave up. on this weekend I remembered how good it was and decided to do it again but instead of angel peach ( that I couldn't find anywhere) I tried it with apple, it was tricky to modify this recipe and the veil broke a lot I had to do it twice heheh, but I loved the result like the last time.
