Hello, I'm Joconde!
This time, I brought a refreshing lemon cake video.
Three recipes that can be made with lemon are included in one cake.
Bouncy elastic Lemon Jelly, Lemon Cream, Flavorful Lemon _____ _____Pound cake all in one place.
Just the lemon _____ _____ pound cake recipe in this video will make you happy.
Furthermore, When I put it in mousse cake, it makes the texture of the mousse cake that could be dull different.

Ingredients
♥︎ Pound Cake (15 x 3cm)
90g eggs
80g sugar
15g honey
90g butter
90g cake flour
2.5g baking powder
1g salt
4g lemon zest
8g chia seeds
♥︎ Sugar syrup for pound cake
60g water
20g sugar
* After boiling the ingredients, let them cool before use.
♥︎ Lemon Cream
2g leaf gelatin
40g sugar
3g corn starch
40g water
20g lemon juice
2g lemon zest
45g white chocolate
25g butter
♥︎ Lemon Jelly
22g powdered gelatin + 110g cold water (can be used by soaking leaf gelatin in ice water)
90g lemon juice
140g water
110g sugar
yellow food coloring
♥︎ Vanilla Mousse Cream
5g leaf gelatin
250g whipped cream
130g yogurt
40g sugar
3g vanilla bean paste
60g hot milk

The jewel lemon jellies look too precious to eat. This cake making process was very beautiful. I'd love to try this recipe out someday. I may have to retry the chia roasting and chocolate peeling part a few times, but they'll be worth it. 🍋🍫💎
Yes. If you are not careful, you can burn the chia seeds. So did I. Chocolate needs to be tampered with. Or keep the melting temperature precisely below 33 degrees. And it is recommended that the room temperature be around 18-20 degrees.

Too many steps for me so won’t be trying it, but it came out beautiful and I’m sure delicious. I love the care you take with each of your creations, it’s soothing and satisfying.
You can buy biscuits and jewel jellies, and only cook the juice+gelatin layer in the evening and put everything in cream+gelatin in the morning.

Just beautiful! I love the idea of swapping out chia seeds for the more usual poppy seeds, and how the chia seed flecks in the cake echo the vanilla bean flecks in the mousse. And also including some yoghurt in the vanilla mousse will provide a lovely complement to the lemon flavours elsewhere. Very nicely thought out!
I think poppyseeds are not sold in Korea due to being related to opium poppies (though they are safe to eat) and that's the reason for the substitution.

I didn't know something as simple as poppy seeds were not allowed in Korea
why are they not allowed?
@@near4316 They're an opiate, and the far east had some really bad experiences with opiates when they were first put into mass production. Even something as mild as poppy has a really negative connotation to it.
Once I and my brother ate small biscuits with poppy seeds and fell asleep immediately.
@@michaelleue7594 culinary poppyseeds are not an opiate but yeah they come from the same species iirc
@@sheet-music I doubt the seeds in those biscuits were food safe, then. I've made a poppy seed roll before, a Polish recipe (the Poles enjoy poppy seeds in their baked goods), which used a LOT of seeds for the filling, and didn't have any issue with getting sleepy or high due to it. And I had to have to eaten, like, half the roll in just a few days
