    Frozen shoulder is a common condition in which the shoulder stiffens, reducing its mobility.
    It commonly affects people aged between 40 and 60 years, and it is more likely in women than in men. It is estimated to affect about 3 percent of people.
    It can affect one or both shoulders.

    Thanks, i will try it. I have been suffering with right frozen shoulder for the last 3 months,now I have 70% relief. Now feel negligible pain in day time but after midnight when temperature get low, I have more pain. I am above 65.

    Mujhe khafhi shmyse kandho me pen ho rha hai aur muje kuch saman uthane me bhuth, jada tkhlif hoti hai fir mujhe myri bathya rumatol capsule, rumatol oil , livcon capsule lena shuru ki ya tabhi se mujhe khafhi aaram mila 2-3 mhnth liye maine🎉🎉🎉

    Best remedy is to start with acu puncture.I have experienced and got cured with this. Another advsntage of acu is Dr.can visit the patient,if not able to move and do acu puncture --as is case with many old people.
    Talk of excercise, only when cured completrly.This exvercise (Go Mukhasana,)is only after getting cured to avoid recurrence.
    Apparently ,such videos help in no way as would have been experienced by several viewers .
