I think it depends if the person who makes the bots does it and knows how to do it ... because to this day, many of the bots that I see are almost the same "species"... bald generic "players", with or without beard, with hair with pigtails, short hair, the hair can be brown, yellow, green or pink... generic clothes too, whether they are the typical ones with the colors brown, green, pink, blue, black, sometimes red and/or yellow that are seen out there or the clothes that seem worn worn... with very erratic movements, obvious, even repetitive and predictable. Also, many of them wear no armor or almost nothing on them...

I suspect something else most of those bots in the lumbridge swamp are probably soulwars bots think about it 6/40 bots make it to required level gain membership and already have the requirements to play soul wars. It's much simpler and probably more profitable because you can run so many at a time and aslong as your hitting something or healing people with bandages or being involved with claiming an area you'll get the zeal blighted stuff and also non blighted stuff from the spoils of war crates for minimal effort gotta be atleast 500k a hour. Check it out and obviously there's real players there but you'll notice alot of things about it how they shift momentum of the fight to try to make sure both teams get good amount of zeal to attempt to remove the win/loss factor entirely
Like it matters either way. G E tax takes out more cash out of the game then this guy could even if he played 24 hours a day every day while doing this. So either way if kept it or let it despawn it doesn't matter for osrs economy one bit
To me it seems perfectly fine and reasonable if you take the gp. After all, you’re doing work to increase the game’s integrity. On top of that, you can use the gp to fuel your challenges you keep making. Anyways, good luck and thanks for the entertainment :)

Fell for the give away scam on my osrs account. they logged in and stole over 130mil in items and gold. very sad, all the work for no reason. todays the day i quit runescape for good. BEWARE people. i thought i could never be scammed but saddly im not as smart as i thought and theres no good people out there. just vultures
@sirpugger me and my twin brother also found that mules where dropping loot to mules in the tower next to the anvil in Varrock. We found Dound 30 green dragon bots transferring loot to a low level mule.
Saw some bots on world 342 which is a role-playing world. They were in Edgeville jumping over into the wildy all of them had pretty high base stats then like 95 runecrafting
A quick context: The chinese botter was asking you questions. Ma at the end means it's a question, he was trying to figure out who you were and why you were fucking with his bots.
I actually wanna know if Jagex sees "botting" as a real problem that they desperately want to solve. I hopefully can assume that if they wanted that, they will make drastic changes to osrs servers, something like IP restricted accounts or removal of the money and (drop)trade system, meaning no more GP in game and value of items is determined by the usefulness of the item. But i can understand that bots don't really hurt Jagex as a game developer, it is basically bringing in money too. It's only the players that find it disturbing in some sort of way, at least i do. I would love to see jagex develop test servers for limited players with crazy things. Gives me this competitive feeling of testing new stuff or content like league of legends does with those PBE servers or if you look at sports like MotoGP or Formula One, where they test new parts for improvement.
Some bots also prop up certain parts of the economy. Many low level items that we can easily buy on the GE would be triple the price without bots. Logs for woodcutting and construction, herbs, runes, etc. would all be noticeably more expensive without bots.
Hey, A user on Twitter "Ferrariic" has created a Bot detection plug-in for runelite. So far it seems very accurate and essentially uses AI to work out who's a bot and sends the data to Jagex. I wonder if it would work on a complex bot like this. At the moment very few players use this plug-in because it's new etc. But if you tried it out or shared info about it, I'm sure that would increase awareness and make the plug-in much more accurate.

My heart died when he let the money despawn. Ive never had more than 11 mill before .-.
He definitely kept it
This is just like the end of Titanic when she drops a 100mil necklace off the back of the boat...
Lol! “Pee Pee poo poo on u” hahaha! 😂
Imagine having all these pixel minions working for you man, so awesome
You drop the 100m, cut to next scene where its actually 10k on the ground and the 10k disapears. Well played.
He absolutely did this, why it was not a continuous shot
Like it matters either way. G E tax takes out more cash out of the game then this guy could even if he played 24 hours a day every day while doing this.
So either way if kept it or let it despawn it doesn't matter for osrs economy one bit
We need another indepth video like this where you follow a certain bot farm to the fullest
To me it seems perfectly fine and reasonable if you take the gp. After all, you’re doing work to increase the game’s integrity. On top of that, you can use the gp to fuel your challenges you keep making. Anyways, good luck and thanks for the entertainment :)
but at the same time, taking those large chunks out of the circle helps counter ingame inflation.
@@Brovioli finders keeprs
@@Brovioli no it doesnt lol these bot farms generate trillions
@@gangpoe I mean it does help just unnoticeably small amounts but it does technically remove gold.
Honestly his disruption probably cost the botters more than what he stole since they had to slow down and react to him constantly tracking them
never have i ever been more happy to see a stack of gold vanish to nothingness
Imagine having a crummy life in China, the only job you've got to feed yourself and your family is to manage RS bots; and then SirPugger keeps harassing you.
I'd would say start a revolution but I don't feel like camping...
I thought they said they got rid of poverty?
Bro I had to subscribe I love the work you do. I'm a player from 2006 and had my OG file hacked and stolen so I appreciate the work you do. I hope to see you out there some time
Just shout Tienamen Square at them, that'll drop their social credit score.
Awesome work and much appreciated as always
Staring at a tree, now this is the bots I like
That was awesome. It felt like an old sir pugger video where you find a bot and you kill it for gp. So good!
Actually fully respect you for taking that GP out of the game 👏👏👏
Bro, I always love your videos, but that one was perfect. Really nice job. You are the best, the Sherlock Holmes of OSRS.
We all know he only dropped 10k there at the end. He definitely kept the money.
Honestly I'd have kept the money. You kept it out of their hands and did a good deed. You deserve it.
yesterday i was doing a hard clue in the yanille agility dungeon, stumbled across about 5 lvl 88-90s in the same setup rune full helm addy plate rune legs rune 2h killing chaos druids in there, didn't look any further into it but this might be worth checking out
Never felt so embarrassed in my life.
Best thing about these videos is so many people will be looking for the bots now. They will lose millions of gp. So satisfying
there is a option in windows 10, next to the clock you can active 'night light' mode wich removes blue light, nice video!
A quick context: The chinese botter was asking you questions. Ma at the end means it's a question, he was trying to figure out who you were and why you were fucking with his bots.
I like the cut at the end where you swap the 100M for a 50k coins stack
I like that "dirty money" mentality. All gp and items that shouldn't be in the game to begin with. Respect.
Plot twist:
Sir pugger is actually the mule for these LMS bots
I imagine some noodles went flying across the room during the making of this video.
“I dropped the money”
Me: I took that personally
You should've said "Tianmen square 1987" Kappa
Hey, A user on Twitter "Ferrariic" has created a Bot detection plug-in for runelite. So far it seems very accurate and essentially uses AI to work out who's a bot and sends the data to Jagex. I wonder if it would work on a complex bot like this.
At the moment very few players use this plug-in because it's new etc. But if you tried it out or shared info about it, I'm sure that would increase awareness and make the plug-in much more accurate.
5 hours a day for a whole weeek!!!! ABSOLUTE MAD MAN!!!!!
Twist. It was crossroads the whole time, he owns the bot farm
