Jagex needs to hook you up with an account that can TP/follow players that tp while being invis. obvs only be used for bot hunting reasons. the amount you do while limited to a standerd account is nuts, imagine how much more you could do with some mod powers
They don't want to do this because everyone will find out jagex can eliminate the bots entirely by hiring like 10 people to do this.

There are a bunch of suspected bots at Blast Mine, they have base 40 melee stats and 99mining+. They are on just about every world with similar names like "somewordhere 101", with the new poll asking if players want the dragon pickaxe as a reward from blast mine there will be even more incentive for these bots to be there.
And if the poll passes, Dragon pickaxe’s price will plummet… maybe? 😂 I haven’t played anything but private servers for a long while, since my account was hacked & permabanned…

Time for the perm ban
The main account was trading gold to the other accounts in Lumbridge to trade to buyers, not receiving gold from the bots.
The tip jar is used to try and avoid high-value trades being flagged to Jagex, but also as a secondary storage for gold so the mule can have over max-cash without using platinum tokens as the frequency he would buy them would alert Jagex.
The mule never receives large amounts of gold through trades, so he thinks that account will be safe from auto-flags, but he then takes money from the tip jar, trades it to a dummy account, that then trades it to the buyer. It's kind of smart until it isn't, he does everything to avoid being detected on the main mule, only to trade gold to an account that's most likely going to get flagged for selling gold...

There seems to be a bot farm at camelot world 392, they teleport somewhere and come back after 10 to 15 seconds. Reported all of them, after searching for long time i couldnt figure out where they telied, somewhere east from Camelot.
I wouldn't be suprised if the higher level accounts were players that got hacked.
yeah considering last year I kicked a hacker out of my account with the session delogger and had to change my password again to get into my character, just for it to be banned for botting. half my bank was sold, and guy was literally on his way to a pvp meet with my character and a whole bunch of my shit. spent a week in support with jagex to get my account unbanned, and they "confirmed" as if a blind person couldn't see it, that my account "had suspicious activity". I was livid, no shit. they didnt give me anything back. only happened cause my phone got stolen previous to it and I had to unlock 2fa to get into my account.
Botfarm in wilderness GWD level 38-44s killing imps, goblins, pyrefiends for ecu keys. i hopped 10 worlds and found one on every world wearing the same thing

@sirpugger there is a bot in every world in the Wildy GWD farming ECU Keys I believe and high alching for easy GP. They are all level 49 ish and wear the proper gear as to not get targeted by any creatures. They are usually wielding a mithril scimmy

Hey, found a smithing bot farm. They all got on around 10pm EST on a f2p world, west varrock bank, and at least 5 of them had level 120 smithing. Almost all were around level 40s, but some were in the 60s. They are probably smithing and selling rune 2hs, one of them at the time is even named "sell me r2h".

go to rimmington and look in house advertisements, most worlds have random houses listed. sit inside and you’ll see a massive vorkath bot farm. saw one yesterday with 27k, one today with 82k, rank 8…

These farms are run by multiple people in South America. I got some contacts there running gold selling sites, and they use precisely these, mules and mules to avoid getting caught.

have noticed quite a few accounts around prif with 70m+ thieving xp and not many other stats, some log when you try talk to them, all pickpocketing elves
This video made me realize you could likely get a house party host banned for botting by dumping a bot farm's profit in their tip jar. Or if youre just trying to hurt the osrs economy tipping is as good way to keep the gold in the game.
I find it really interesting that botting is so bad that sir pugger will always have content.
Botting makes up 60% of OSRS players, you know what that means?
To players: keeps resource prices low

Please go to castle wars and talk about those 25-50m rc bots banking there. They all run a few steps north before they teleport to the graveyard in canifis > fairy ring to nature altar. They have been going for months and there's no action being taken, really makes you think.

Maybe the person running the bots just assumes that transferring large amounts of gold between a ton of accounts somehow makes it safer? Like, maybe they're relying on Jagex NOT just banning every single account that the gold touches, and after "rinsing" it through 50 people, the 'final' person is some main, then a few of the mules get banned, but the final destination account is kept safe?

I saw 8 or so lvl 3’s in full angler at Ge. I was following them as they tele-tabbed away and my character ran to the south-east corner of the Ge. I think they are fishing sharks at Burgh de Rott, hence the price crashing this year
Just got back into Runescape and was doing the knights sword quest. Found multiple bots in full iron with "kitboga" in their name waiting for Sir Vyvin to leave the room so they could get the portrait, in F2p worlds. Not sure what they are building up to
Kitboga is a famous RUclipsr who exposes tech support/gift card scammers so it's likely a troll on him. He may play rs as well, not sure!

@@ThornyPickled I've been playing since 02 and rarely see a bot in RS3 but they definitely exist in OSRS. Their habits have gotten better over the years, I'm sure. But they're there. I can safely say this because I was a super moderator on the Powerbot forums for a while, when Powerbot (RSBot) was the leading client. I'm against botting nowadays and don't see the point in it, but the people who enjoy botting, or more specifically enjoy making a profit from botting, still employ them.

@Sir Pugger, there might be a massive farm bot going on, toadflax has gone down 33% in the last month while other herbs only 1% change, only thing I can see is its low lvl herb and cheap seeds so probably a massive bot farm.
This really shows how disgustingly infiltrated this game is, i cant bring myself to enjoy it anymore, everyone has billions, everyone is a tick master, half the accounts in the wildy and minigames are bots, honestly the games going down the toilet faster than anyone realises.
i found some bots under barbarian village, 2nd floor, by the cavecrawlers, SE of the map, all lvl 52-53 in full addy and rune scimitar

Enormous bot farm in Blasting mines, all lvl 46 with attack, defense, and strength at 40 and mining 99, all bots, walk near any of them, they instantly hop.

Hey pugger, have u looked into all the bots at zalcano yet? Past few days have really been ridiculous... They're on every world with 3 or 4 man groups, and have thousands of zalcano kc. Even the " bot detector" plugin has a 99 or 100% confidence on all of these accounts

Could we talk a bit about the 10.000 zulrah bots, which literally are seen on every single world, easy to spot, since they only have the bare stats to do Regicide. Usually i find them with 4-7k kc, but i have seen a few with 20k+ kc. How can they not be banned??

There should be a check on the tip jar then lol. Just to make it painful for the farm owners make it alert and record anything over 100k, OR just put a cap on it. Though i highly doubt anything will be done.

I think the biggest problem is that jagex fails to ban these accounts that get that high of a level. Being a person who has not got a 99 in a skill. It blows my mind that they can bot consistently and not get banned. I don’t know why they don’t look into big money makers like sote thieving , pyramid plunder etc. I’m sure they can also just monitor accounts that get 92+ in a skill and wouldn’t take much resources to monitor.
Millions of players, handful of staff. Only so many hours in the day to moderate, team is too small.
They objectively don't WANT to ban these accounts. It's not in their own self-interest. They only do it when people like Pugger make it public.
