I need help please. I can login to my account just fine, but how do I get the Blue “LOG” square to appear? I don’t have that so I can’t change my duty status. When I had the Keep Truckin app at my old job it was soo much easier. I’m just lost now and I can’t do any longer runs with my current job without this app working. Any help is appreciated thanks.

Zdravo komsija, can you please help me by answering some questions regarding dispatching? I'm about ready to work but have some unclear questions... hvala puno!!! Appreciate your videos!
Do I request credit card authorization if the carrier in question is not working with a FC asap. so I cannot get jipped? Should I set it as a requirement for the carriers if I feel is needed? (I got this document from my professor but he never stated when to use it)
In the cases of working with OR* without a FC, do I send an invoice @ end of each completed load, setting the due date for exp. due for the following Friday? Or do I send multiple batched for example once a week?
Do we tell Kamal’s (my professor - he sent lists) brokering companies that we are his students when introducing him, or is it better to not?
I've heard that a "carrier will send 1099" - is this done when tax season arrives for the previous year?
