      I don't know where you are from, but I have traveled around a lot, and Wisconsin is a wonderful State, it ranks high in a lot of metrics. .. but there is a lot of room for improvement, and criminal justice is a national issue. Wisconsin has bungled this case in a very public way however, and needs to atone and evolve.

    For those who believe Avery actually did ask your self how there wasn’t a single finger print on the entire car but he left his blood which would be visible to him? Who covers up what they can’t see and forgets the obvious blood. All the DNA evidence is either theresas or Averys never a mixture which is virtually impossible if he was actively bleeding in the front of the car

      How about the idea that, according to the prosecutors, Avery left her car on his property, her body on his property, her key in his room but was able to clean the crime scenes of his bedroom and garage (both incredibly cluttered) of all blood and any other evidence like a pro? Crazy stuff the doesn't add up.

    • @akaredcrossbow
      @akaredcrossbow 5 лет назад +2

      Muna 19 what about his hair in the car, none found! None of his DNA, except blood DNA found “in” the car! No bogus sweat DNA found in the car that should have been on the steering wheel and the shifter! None of his blood found in the trunk of the car!
      None of her DNA found in his house or garage! Not one drop of her blood or a single hair found on the Avery property that belonged to her!!!

    • @pjduff7577
      @pjduff7577 2 года назад

      The hood of the car was not tested for fingerprint ID tells you everything, they couldnt plant that evidence , fingerprints are one of the first things looked for , and if as they say he did lift the hood leaving the 'sweat' DNA he surely would have left fingerprint evidence to solidify there case , but choosing not to even test for them is proof they knew they wouldnt be found

      The lawyer's job is to create doubt and she exposes alot of flaws in the investigation that has created alot of doubt. One sided or not, if you stab and slit someone you will find some trace if blood inaide the trailer yet not a trace of it. Even if you clean it up well chemicals will always expose blood. The garage disnt have a single srop of blood either. If S.A. blew Teresa's brains out in the garage where is the evdience. Enough doubt to say he is not guilty

    I'm sorry to say that the systemic problems we have with our institutions are only going to be resolved when we start investing in, and listening to, other parts of the country outside of the main hubs. The city of Manitowoc looks down on the people in the rural areas, Madison and Milwaukee look down on the rest of the state, and other large commercial hubs are the same way. This discussion revolves around the idea of UW- Madison (simply referred to as UW) saving us from this ordeal, but the truth is their own sense of brilliance falls short of what they actually provide. Madison is already the hub of political initiatives, and as the capital that won't change, but it has failed to master the issues or understand the rest of the state. The other institutions often have students/faculty that are more "intelligent" and grounded in the fabric of the state than many at UW- Madison, but the good ole boy network at the top of the pyramid is tainted in Badger arrogance. UW- Madison doesn't even have a full fledged criminal justice system, most law enforcement is not attending UW Madison as UW- Madison emphasizes the prestigious and lucrative (and broken) components of our institutions. Invest throughout the State, invest throughout the country, invest in making a system that isn't corrupt and is something we can be proud of! AND for gosh sakes, address the evidence in this very public Avery/Dassey case in a competent, efficient manner!

    Those 2 Cops were going to be on the hook for Avery’s lawsuit! Why is it such a far stretch to not come out and accuse them of killing this innocent girl!? They were probably casing the Avery lot for months! Noticed this photographer come and go from the lot often and one day made sure that her last known whereabouts was at stevens! Probably flagged her down or pulled her over off of cuss road there where the scent dogs were. Killed her and than held on and cleaned incriminating evidence. And planted it when the time and place was right with a little extra dna on there.

    After watching both, to me, it's clear teresa's brothers are involved. The smirking, the deleting of the voicemails ect, I don't believe brendans brother or step dad are involved, but for some reason Stevens aunt rubs me the wrong way, there's something about her, maybe it's because she didn't like Steven for years and her husband being a cop, or the fact she keeps throwing herself into the investigation and stuff.
