Regarding the Chozo language bits: Chozodian makes heavy use of suffixes to add context to words, so ORO and OROMEL are very likely different contexts of a similar term. Some theorize that "ORO" refers to simply "lift," as a sort of unbound contraption, while "OROMEL" is a static, land-based lift contraption. There's an entire community built around studying the Chozo language, and they've made remarkable strides in this regard.
@@oldkefka Current evidence points to middle-eastern languages as the primary inspiration for Chozodian, and any parallels with Spanish are coincidental. Given that MercurySteam is a Spanish developer, they were likely very careful to prevent their primary language from bleeding into Chozodian beyond simple homophones, to prevent it from sounding too familiar.
In the files, Ker and Rem are referred to as "chozo_five" and "chozo_seven" respectively. Actually, i think she puts her hand up without the Morph Ball so she can more easily kick her feet forward for the slide and conversely, put her hand down to be able to roll forward into a Morph Ball transformation.
To be fair, It Takes Two is awesome and extremely wholesome. The common trend of relationships today is that you should just get divorced and walk away, but It Takes Two puts a giant middle finger to that philosophy and teaches that marriages are worth fixing. I feel the same way about God of War 2018, how it pushed against the common trend of dad's being deadbeats or clowns that can't be taken seriously, and gives you a man with a brutal past who just wants to settle down and be at peace with his son.

Mercury Steam has gone a long way.
