I have recently discovered these videos. I am following every morning from Sicily, Italy. I’m currently suffering from lower back pan. I find these stretching and breathing exercises very helpful. Thank you for sharing.

I’ve gone from beginning and learning about qigong committing to myself for about two months to completely stopping for one month. Not sure why I stopped because I absolutely love the way I feel while doing it. But this practice was my first time back and it was really good! I felt all the bad energy leaving me, and felt clean and refreshed when it was over. Thank you for your kind way’s and for teaching me how to be better.
Thank you Kseny! And to answer your question, I feel amazing! I woke up with a bad headache and a lot of tension in my body, and after doing the session I feel a lot lighter and more relaxed 😊❤❤❤

I want to thank you for always wearing loose, comfortable exercise clothing in your videos. I get tired of seeing exercise instructors with "perfect" skinny bodies in tight, revealing clothes. You are clearly healthy and fit, but I appreciate that you don't feel the need to "show off" your body. It lets me focus on the exercises without judging my own imperfections! :-)
I did this practice in the afternoon, I was feeling achy, tired, and had a headache. When I finished, the headache was gone as well as the aches, and my energy was revitalized and ready to finish my day. Thank you for what you do Kseny, it is so helpful!
This was the perfect video to come back to this morning. I'm so glad I had it book marked. I woke up, very tired indeed after over sleeping. I felt like a brick hit me over the head the day before. Anyway, this sequence brought so much relief. I'm way more awake and now ready for my coffee 😀 Thank you as ever Kseny.

Happy News! I have four cats. I'm 65. For years I have pulled up a small stool & tended to the litter boxes sitting down. I've been doing Qigong practices with you for about three months now. I can now just bend over & scoop away without having to sit down. It's the little things in life, right? 😆

I have been struggling with Ankylosing spondylitis for 20 years, there is no method I haven't tried.
