    After a few days of illness (in my belly), it was so good and healing to do these wonderful exercises! I can feel the bright energy flowing in my body and I feel more light in my head.     This one has definitely helped shift some unwanted energy and I feel much lighter and brighter. It's definitely needed now as the days are getting much shorter in regards to having much less light. Got to keep the spirits uplifted! Thank you so much as always Kseny. 😊🙏🧡🌟
