Hi kseny, glad you are feeling better. Scotland is good. Can you believe we have been here for 1 1/4 years. It has been an adjustment to family living and for the dogs as they now live inside as my dad's house has no fence or wall. In UK dog's are not allowed to be lady outside. They have adjusted. India is still reactive and barks at the delivery vans that come up and down! We have now got a bark collar which does a good job. We put it on as and when necessary. How's Altai? Have a good evening.😁🐶🐶
I was excited to see the preview of this video yesterday! After over two months of first hopping on one foot with a walker and then finally walking with a boot and a walker and finally now in my own shoes and a cane, my posture has taken such a hit. And I’m convinced the current recurring back pain is a result of the poor posture, this is exactly what I needed! Such thanks for this and all of your videos! So grateful to have the, to rely on daily! ❤❤❤

Still working on regaining posture and wondering if it’s okay to keep hands together behind the back when doing neck moves and anything that doesn’t require their use in another way. Poor posture appears to be causing mid back pain and I’m doing all I can to stop that. Thanks in advance!

Great observation! 😊 Yes, I keep my knees slightly bent during each practice to help maintain balance and reduce strain on the joints, especially the knees and lower back. A slight bend allows for better circulation and flexibility, while also providing a stable base for movement. It also helps to maintain a relaxed, grounded posture, which is key in practices like Qigong. Thanks for asking, and I’m so glad you're enjoying the sessions!
