Oh Altai! Royal indeed! Many years ago when I first saw similar collars, they were referred to as Elizabethan collars…easy to see why! He wears it most regally! ❤ Loved the video..now to find one with a figure 8 move, I think my body is asking for those moves too!

Good morning, Kseny! I tried this new video for my first exercise in the morning and it felt a bit too much too quickly for my body. I think this would be better for a second video or later in the day, for me.
Hello Kenya just wondered if you could suggest which seeion I could suggest for my 14 year old granddaughter who is doing regional swimming and I noticed she has begun to tap her legs prior to the start of a race. Thought you may be able to suggest what she could do to stimulate her body. Your sessions are a life saver for me. Thank you

thanks for the exercise. there are soft cone collars for your friend that are more comfortable than the hard plastic
