You have already inspired me to practice Qigong daily (with very few exceptions). I practice yoga daily for about 6 years and came to your channel in April this year. I was participating in a yoga challenge and one of the challenges was to try something you've never done. Someone in the group shared and recommended one of your 15 min morning videos. I tried it, loved it and been at it ever since. I was amazed how such easy exercises can make such a difference. Especially for sleep, Qigong works better for me than yoga and meditation. This was exactly what I needed! Thank you for these bite sized video. Sometimes it's all I need just to take 10 mins to do breath led movement. It's easy to find the time for that! I did this today when I was trying to do some work on my laptop and I felt restless and couldn't focus. Moving my body has helped :)

I usually plan the sequence to focus on areas that are important for energy circulation as well as balancing. You can change the order, remember to keep it balanced. 🙏🏼
