    UK 12.00 thank you for this breathing Chigong and opening the chest. It is powerful and beautiful. I would love to have a practice to relax the belly, as I don’t breath OUT fully. What do you suggest? I love the place you make your videos too! Lucinda

    That's interesting Kseny as I always thought deep belly breathing was the best practise. I notice a big difference in my chest breathing with this practise. Effortlesss and deep. Many thanks!

      Hi Colleen, yes abdominal breathing is a preferred breathing technique in qigong, however utilising chest opening exercises with coordinated breathing is a good way to exercises the breathing muscles so we can take those deep breaths more efficiently.

    The audio is a bit quiet even with my speakers otherwise this was perfect. I recommed getting a mic for future maybe

      Thanks for the feedback. I’m sorry that the audio is not up to your standard. I’m wearing a wireless mic. Maybe you can try headphones as it usually loader

    Thank you, Kseny. I couldnt generate much heat, warmth (and I'm usually warm, like winter best) it's pretty cold inside here, my nose is even running! Any suggestions, thoughts? 🙏❤

      Hi Judith, it can be many reasons for that. When the temperature outside is colder it takes more time to warm up. More stimulating exercises like light jumping, tapping, dynamic breathing work well.
