That's interesting Kseny as I always thought deep belly breathing was the best practise. I notice a big difference in my chest breathing with this practise. Effortlesss and deep. Many thanks!
Hi Colleen, yes abdominal breathing is a preferred breathing technique in qigong, however utilising chest opening exercises with coordinated breathing is a good way to exercises the breathing muscles so we can take those deep breaths more efficiently.
UK 12.00 thank you for this breathing Chigong and opening the chest. It is powerful and beautiful. I would love to have a practice to relax the belly, as I don’t breath OUT fully. What do you suggest? I love the place you make your videos too! Lucinda

Thank you, Kseny. I couldnt generate much heat, warmth (and I'm usually warm, like winter best) it's pretty cold inside here, my nose is even running! Any suggestions, thoughts? 🙏❤
Hi Judith, it can be many reasons for that. When the temperature outside is colder it takes more time to warm up. More stimulating exercises like light jumping, tapping, dynamic breathing work well.
