I really needed this routine today. I appreciate you reminding me about the mind/body connection and the importance of focusing on your body throughout each movement. I try to concentrate but my mind is always all over the place so quite often I am doing the movement that you are demonstrating but not 'focusing' on the specific body part. This time though, because you were talking about the mind/body connection, I really made a conscious effort to concentrate and it made a big difference! I feel I ought to do this routine everyday for the next week or so and really 'listen' and connect to my body. Thank you again Kseny for this beautiful practice. I look forward to Qigong everyday!

In some schools it is considered very important to balance the Yin Yang. In others, it is the one that lays first:) Women usually keep their right hand on the body first, as right hand is Yang and women are Yin. Men who by nature more Yang, put their left hand on the first to balance with Yin.
