thank you kseny, especially for posting videos so often that you keep my motivation up, and making the videos short enough to have time to do them - I can always just watch another video if I need more. a half year ago I started doing yoga almost daily, but this summer have been so rough for me, I'm happy to stumble upon your channel, you kept me going! I shake my body everyday, never before have I felt so in touch with myself, I usually don't feel my body for pain and tiredness.. today I finally got to say thank u 🫶 btw, love your surroundings and your dog!! I love that swimming dragon - it really reaches the upper body so well. I have to do the side stretches a lot more slowly than you Kseny (pause button on video!).
We do the dragon exercise with local teacher Bina Bou, We will start her classes in Sept. I do her 2 times a week and practice with you rest of week. I passed your name on to other Gi friends. This was a great class. JN

It doesn't have to be 60 minutes, it can be 30 to begin with! Longer sessions can be very impactful as they help to regulate the internal rhythms and the nervous system. Something to explore when you have more time 👍👍👍
