Nearly 40 years with Qigong, Over 50 yrs with Yoga. Various beloved teachers. Please know I truly love your RUclips sharing, and a new favorite is this one. The expansive movement sinked with breath was uplifting and invigorating, yet relaxing at the same time. Adding some contrast -- I started out in a state of stiffness and anxiety brought on by pain and lower body swelling. This session helped me shift out of an alarmed state of mind. Thank you, D

Iam glad you felt good after this practice K. Do you have any tips for pain in back of neck and behind my knees? It is white hot pain. Maybe sciatica?

Hi, you can do most of the exercises in a seated position. I could recommend foot massage to keep the energy moving and help with blood return, abdominal breathing to feel calm and 8 pieces of brocades.
By the way, fyi, I am 68 yr old senior female.
Please advise if it fits for seniors..

Hi, qigong practice is generally considered suitable for seniors due to its gentle nature and mindful approach. Obviously, every case is unique, you have chronic health issues or injuries I would recommend consulting with your doctor prior any new training.
