Do you have any recommendations and practices for dizziness, heaviness, when standing after prolonged sitting like after a long drive? I have had it checked out by a doctor, they found nothing wrong, all blood tests were negative. Thanks for your time ❤
Hi, from a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) perspective, dizziness and heaviness after sitting might be linked to Qi stagnation or a deficiency in Qi energy. Gentle exercises like Qigong and Tai Chi can help improve circulation and encourage proper blood & energy circulation.
