HI! I tried to follow your video this morning and I'll do it every day, my belly has always been swollen for years…hard and sticking out but I think it could be anxiety…or because I eat lots of fruit and vegetables…I don't know what anymore Do!

Research salamander eye exercises gets bagel reset! My down keep face upwards. Look eyes only to right as long as you can notice yawn or sneeze or eyes water. Then focus back to center then to left focus. Keep doing breathing deep until you get response.
