- Try this gentle qigong routine anytime you're feeling bloated, gassy or indigestion. The routine combines Qigong abdominal massage and stretching focusing on the meridians of the stomach and spleen, liver and kidneys to boost circulation and promote a healthy digestion.

thank you this was so helpful for me on a water fast coming off of a stomach bug. my organs nearly stopped digesting. i could feel them calling out with each inhale and exhale at this stage 4:45

HI! I tried to follow your video this morning and I'll do it every day, my belly has always been swollen for years…hard and sticking out but I think it could be anxiety…or because I eat lots of fruit and vegetables…I don't know what anymore Do!

My down keep face upwards.
Look eyes only to right as long as you can notice yawn or sneeze or eyes water.
Then focus back to center then to left focus.
Keep doing breathing deep until you get response.

Not recommended to do immediately after food. 30-45 minutes after assuming the meal was light. To aid digestion after food you can massage the stomach clockwise 36 times
